Picturesque and traditional hotel with great staff but limited facilities
Pros:

Appearance and friendly staff

Cons:

Hotel shits down late afternoon, no staff.
No evening meal option.
Difficult to catch bus to the trass xpress due to passing buses being full.
Nowhere to sit and socialise on an evening with my family.
Two of our three rooms were very small. No room for suitcases.

Frühstück war super, Personal hervorragend und Saunabereich sehr gut . Alles war super sauber

Cons:

I couldn’t ask for more! Sehr gemütlich! Great staff, wonderful property, amazing breakfast & views
Pros:

Great boutique property, comfortable room, amazing breakfast, very kind and helpful staff! My stay was sehr gemütlich! Ski in access is very easy and the bus to the Schmittenhohe lift stops at the hotel.
I also thoroughly enjoyed two dinners at their sister property the Schmittenhof, just a short walk away.

Cons:

I do not recommend walking up the hill from town with your luggage and skis, take the bus up!
However, without the luggage the walk to and from town is not too bad.
