I couldn’t ask for more! Sehr gemütlich! Great staff, wonderful property, amazing breakfast & views
Pros:

Great boutique property, comfortable room, amazing breakfast, very kind and helpful staff! My stay was sehr gemütlich! Ski in access is very easy and the bus to the Schmittenhohe lift stops at the hotel.
I also thoroughly enjoyed two dinners at their sister property the Schmittenhof, just a short walk away.

Cons:

I do not recommend walking up the hill from town with your luggage and skis, take the bus up!
However, without the luggage the walk to and from town is not too bad.

top, aanrader wie rustig wil slapen. kort bij beide skiliften. te bushalte zo goed als voor de deur.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk.
Van warme gerechten en broodjes tot chiapudding, havermoutpap, fruit.
Erg lekkere sapjes, verschillende fruitsappen.
Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Heel erg stil, goed geslapen.
Het diner dat voorzien was in een ander hotel (5min wandelen) was voortreffelijk. Verrassend 4-gangen diner.

Udany wypad na narty.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja hotelu. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Ładne dekoracje na sali śniadaniowej. Zadbane otoczenie hotelu. Przystanek skibus bezpośrednio pod obiektem. Bardzo uprzejmi pracownicy recepcji i obsługi hotelu.

Cons:

Curtains in the bedrooms can protect better from the light that goes inside from the street, because in the night lights from the outside shine directly to eyes, when you are sleeping in the bed, and curtains can cannot block the light.

Fantastisch, ichvhsbe mich sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Sauber, fantastisches Frühstück, sehr zuvorkommendes, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Bett war super, ich konnte sehr gut schlafen!

Cons:

Vielleicht hätte man ein Rollladen gebrauchen können, da wir aber so früh aufgestanden sind, war das kein Problem

Amazing breakfasts
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, lovely 4 course dinners in the partner hotel, convenient location for the slopes with skibus stop right outside the hotel.
Very friendly staff.
Nice sauna and wellness area.
We were given a kettle so we could make hot drinks in the afternoon.

Cons:

We had a family suite with 2 connecting rooms. Decor was a bit tired. My son said that the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. The VELUX Window in the middle room didn't open and had black spots.
Our bathroom was quite old with a corner bath and no ventilation or fan. Like the other VELUX Window, the one in the bathroom didn't open and suffered from condensation. We had to sit down in the bath to have a shower.

The hotel had 2 separate parts. The reception was closed after 16.30 and there was no staff from this time. We had to use a key to get from one part of the hotel to the other, I e.where the sauna was and the ski boot room. It was awkward for us as 3 adults just having the 1 key.

Ski in and out was advertised but no longer possible due to the conditions.


In the description of the hotel there was a bar, but this was no longer there. There was no common area for us to sit after skiing

Das beste Frühstücksbuffet das wir je hatten: 2 verschiedene selbstgemachte Smoothies, Chiapudding, Porridge aber auch Rührei, Speck, Käse+ Wurstplatte, Obstteller, verschiedene Aufstriche, selbstgemachte Guacamole, 2 verschiedene selbstgemachte Kuchen, 6 verschiedene Brot+ Brötchensorten, 6 verschiedene Säfte, ......ein Traum:-)

Very friendly and welcoming staff !
Pros:

I had my birthday on the day we checked out, and the staff had decorated the breakfast table very beautifully with a personalized birthday card ! This was totally unexpected and was a wonderful gesture. All the staff members also wished me, which made us feel very special !

Cons:

We wanted to avail of the spa services, but we could not find anyone !

Hotel exceeded our expectations with comfort, breakfast, location and staff.
Pros:

Facilities were ideal for us - sofabed + double bed, separate bathroom/toilet, large floorspace, multiple radiators for drying stuff etc

Staff were super helpful

Breakfast was superb - multiple options and plenty of coffee!

Cons:

If we'd had to walk up to the ski lifts its about 800m, but we found the free ski bus regular enough and stops outside the hotel so wasn't an issue.

Wohlfühltage in einem wunderschönen Hotel
Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Saunabereich war sehr einladend, das Frühstück extrem gut und so vielfältig, der Service herausragend.
