Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. On arrival, you can drive up to the hotel to unload luggage. The private parking spaces are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Please note that the hotel only has a limited number of extra beds. All requests for extra beds have to be confirmed by the hotel.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in existing beds in certain room categories. All other children rates are not included. Please contact the property in advance when traveling with children.
The use of the Alpentherme spa and hotel facilities is included from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Use of the Alpentherme Spa outside these hours is possible for a fee of EUR 28 per person (EUR 18 per child from 6 to 16 years old) per day.

Nach diesem Beschwerdemanagement werden wir leider nicht mehr kommen.
Cons:

Am Tag vor der Abreise ließen wir uns das Essen vom hoteleigenen Restaurant „Zum Goldenen Adler“ auf das Hotelzimmer bringen.Wir hatten 2 halbe Backhendl und ein Kalbsschnitzel bestellt und nicht einmal 15 Minuten später wurde es auch schon gebracht, was uns doch etwas verwunderte.
Das Kalbsschnitzel war soweit in Ordnung, nur das Backhendl war extrem trocken. Da ich sehr müde war und es auch nicht meine Art ist, mich sofort über etwas zu beschweren, aß ich die Hälfte eines halben Backhendls und benötigte dafür 2 Salate, da es doch sehr trocken war. Meine Freundin probierte auch noch 3 Bissen und kam ebenfalls zu dem Schluss, dass es staubtrocken ist und daher kaum zu essen ist. 
Ich nahm das 2. unberührte halbe Backhendl und ging damit ins Restaurant. Der Kellner entschuldigte sich bei mir und sagte mir, er könne das Geld nicht zurückgeben, das könne nur die Hotelchefin. Am nächsten Tag, vor der Abreise, bezahlte ich meine Rechnungen an der Rezeption, die Hotelchefin war ebenfalls anwesend. Ich erzählte auch ihr mein schlechtes kulinarisches Erlebnis.
Die Hotelchefin sagte strikt, „sie haben doch eines gegessen, deshalb bekommen sie auch nur für eines das Geld zurück, das ist nur fair.“  Sie bestritt auch nicht, wenn das zurückgegebene Hendl staubtrocken war, dass das andere auch staubtrocken sein musste. Nur dieses hatte ich kulanterweise fast aufgegessen. 
Keine Entschuldigung oder ein Wort des Bedauerns seitens der Hotelbesitzerin, auch ein "ich hoffe sie hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt" hätte geholfen. Stattdessen fühlte ich mich, als würde ich eine Schadensmeldung bei einer Versicherung einreichen.Ein professionelles Beschwerdemanagement von der Hotelbesitzerin hätte ich in einem 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel doch erwarten können. Es ging mir grundsätzlich nicht um die Rückerstattung der Rechnung, deshalb bezahlte ich das komplette Essen und ging.

Fantastic food and outstanding staff. Great service.
Every day the dinner was structured differently but every time there was a 3-4 course menu served at the table - fantastic.
Well-priced wine list.
Spa - both the hotel's spa and Alpentherme.

Cons:

Parking was dreadful - impossible to find, then full - we had to park a solid walk away, they should really explain how parking works better at check in.
We were not placed in the main building and it was quite a walk to get to the restaurant through the passages between 3 buildings. Alpentherme was a 10 mins walk from our room.
The rooms are a bit dated, squeaky floors. No Airco, and many people smoking outside of our room on the square.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Reconstructed spa, ofc direct access to Alpentherme.
Very polite and nice staff in restaurant, even with 2 small kids, they were friendly and quick! High standard dinner.

Cons:

Bad view to the wall from room, but it's a minor problem.

Pros:

Wszystko oceniam bardzo dobrze. Jedyny minus , to strefa z ograniczonym ruchem samochodowym , ale dostępne parkingi w niedużej odległości. Hotel znajduje się w ścisłym centrum miasta. Wokół szereg sklepów , restauracji .
Na uwagę zasługuje dobre jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej, dostępność bezpośrednia do basenów termalnych oraz bliskość przystanku ski bus.
