Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. On arrival, you can drive up to the hotel to unload luggage. The private parking spaces are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in existing beds in certain room categories. All other children rates are not included. Please contact the property in advance when traveling with children.
The use of the Alpentherme spa and hotel facilities is included from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Use of the Alpentherme Spa outside these hours is possible for a fee of EUR 28 per person (EUR 18 per child from 6 to 16 years old) per day.

Das Hotel, Spa und essen sind hervorragend!

Cons:

Die Gasteiner Therme war nicht mein Fall aber dafür hat das Hotel überzeugt.

нам понравилось абсолютно все, вид из окна просто потрясающий, номер большой, чистый, в ресторане просто все шикарно, и красиво оформлено и вкусно и персонал очень быстрый и вежливый, спа тоже все чисто, продумано и удобно, в общем мы просто в восторге, обязательно вернемся еще

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, einfach top

Cons:

Wenn man das erste Mal nach Bad Hofgastein kommt ist es sehr verwirrend mit den ganzen engen schmalen Gassen den Fahrverbot Zonen, und das Navi spielte verrückt. Im Hotel angerufen die Dame an der Rezeption hat alles noch einmal erklärt - man darf mit dem Auto direkt in die Fußgängerzone vor das Hotel zufahren.

Pros:

Gutes Bett, Zimmer modern.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist durch eine Glastüre zum Zimmer getrennt. Im Bad besteht keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit durch Jalousie, Vorhang, Raff Store oder dergleichen. Dadurch strahlt die sehr helle Straßenbeleuchtung/Pub Beleuchtung in der Nacht durch die Glastüre ins Zimmer. Es ist somit sehr hell im Zimmer in der Nacht. Das stört den Schlaf erheblich.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, jedoch Verständigung vorrangig nur auf Englisch möglich.

Cons:

Lärm! Es war warm - Sommer - aber nachts der Lärm von Leuten, die gefeiert haben, ab 3 Uhr Zusteller des Hotels, ab 5 Uhr Autotüren vom Zeitungszusteller und Angestellten, die zur Arbeit gebracht wurden. Straße war zwar nachts gesperrt, aber bis zum Schranken wurde trotzdem gefahren…. Und ab 6:00 die Küche mit Geschirr waschen… Schade, aber durchgehend schlafen war nicht möglich!

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Wit hatten "Glück", dass es in der Nacht abgekühlt hat, sonst wäre es zu warm geworden. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

Pros:

Skvělé místo a měli jsme skvělý apartmán v budově "Palace" (jedna ze 3. budov hotelu). Dva balkóny a NÁDHERNÝ výhled do údolí a hor Gastainu. S výhledem v nejvyšším patře, který nám doplňovala kostelní věž.

Pros:

Struttura grande posizionata proprio nel centro del paese. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage dato che gli spazi esterni erano sempre al completo. Bella la stanza con un gradevole terrazzino proprio sopra la piazza principale . Buona la colazione sopratutto salata .

Cons:

La piscina termale interna è bella ma nel pomeriggio non è controllata e spesso ci sono bambini che fanno molta confusione sotto gli occhi dei genitori
