Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. On arrival, you can drive up to the hotel to unload luggage. The private parking spaces are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Please note that the hotel only has a limited number of extra beds. All requests for extra beds have to be confirmed by the hotel.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in existing beds in certain room categories. All other children rates are not included. Please contact the property in advance when traveling with children.
The use of the Alpentherme spa and hotel facilities is included from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Use of the Alpentherme Spa outside these hours is possible for a fee of EUR 28 per person (EUR 18 per child from 6 to 16 years old) per day.

Un hotel primitor
Pros:

Micul dejun este foarte diversificat, cu produse de calitate. Au o gama mare de sucuri naturale, care e un mare plus. Faptul ca se paote ajunge la Therme direct din hotel este din nou un mare plus. Cocktailurile de la bar sunt f bine realizate, iar atmosfera este una relaxanta si calda.

Cons:

As fi preferat sa am cafea in camera si Vanity Kit in baie la un hotel de 4* Plus.

Tobula lokacija, nemokamas parkingas. Atvykome vakare ir buvome puikiai priimti, viskas paaiškinta.Pakeitė apartamentus, kad būtų 2 atskiri- šalia. Skanūs ir pakankami pusryčiai, paslaugus personalas. Puikiai praleistas laikas termo baseinuose- ne per daug žmonių, švaru, saugu su nuostabiais kalnų vaizdais. Ant gretimo viešbučio stogo vyko koncertas, kurį galėjau matyti ir girdėti iš savo kambario👌.Ačiū už viską🙌.

Viskas patiko, notėtųsi dar ilgiau čia paatostogauti. Ačiū visam personalui.

Es war ein dann doch sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt wie erhofft, zumal es schließlich regnete.
Pros:

das gesamte Essen war hervorragend, Personal professionell und freundlich, schön gedeckt. Im ganzen Haus war es blitzsauber. Als Gast fühlte man sich stets willkommen ! Es gab sehr viele Kinder mit denen sehr nett umgegangen wurde.

Cons:

das Zimmer war bei der Hitze kaum zu belüften und es gab keine Klimaanlage: ****s oder **** ? das war nicht klar.
das Bad war sehr klein, das Bett toll, die Couch originell, die übrigen Möbel schlicht. Glastüre zum Bad, daher nachts lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer sowie Intimitätsmangel am WC.

Pros:

Super prijazno osebje, krasen zajtrk, direkten dostop do term (hoja po hodniku). Prakticno sredi dogajanjay korak od mesta. 10 min hoje do slapu.

Cons:

Ni bilo klimatske naprave, ponoci ko je padal dež in je bilo potrebno zapreti okno je malo brez zraka. Parking je sicer oddaljen 5 min peš ampak je osebje tako prijazno, da ponudi storitev parkiranja ali nošenja prtljage.

Pros:

Een fantastisch hotel met een heerlijk ontbijt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, alles was perfect schoon en comfortabel. De Celtic Spa was geweldig. De thermale baden zijn direct vanuit het hotel bereikbaar. Ook onze hond werd in de watten gelegd, waar we erg dankbaar voor zijn!

Alles was prima.
