Prolijo y con buena ubicación
Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerquita del centro. Cuenta con estacionamiento techado. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda, limpio y prolijo.

Cons:

Algunos productos del desayuno no estaban frescos.
Me olvidé de mi documento en recepción y nunca me avisaron a pesar de que te hacen llenar fichas con número de contacto 🤷‍♀️ me di cuenta a los días cuando ya estaba bastante lejos de ahí.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Busqué el Hotel para mis padres, adultos mayores, que por urgencia viajaron hasta Santiago. El personal me guió y ayudó en todo lo que fue facturación y pago online.
Según opinión de mis padres, el Hotel es hermoso y contó con todas las comodidades para sus necesidades.
Por supuesto que volveríamos.

Buena ubicación pero mala relación precio calidad

Cons:

No hay enchufes junto a la cama. La flor de la ducha salpicaba para todos lados y mojaba el baño. Lo reporté y no lo solucionaron.

Más allá de la calidez y la actitud resolutiva del personal —que hizo todo lo posible dentro de los recursos disponibles y donde destaco especialmente a Sergio por su compromiso constante— el resto del alojamiento no estuvo a la altura del costo abonado. La relación precio–calidad resultó desfavorable, ya que varios inconvenientes y limitaciones del servicio generaron una experiencia que no justificó el valor pagado.

Estaba todo limpio. el personal muy amable

Cons:

El hotel está muy limpio, es antiguo pero bien mantenido. cuando me bañé rebalsó el resumidero, era tarde, no quise hacer cambio de habitacion. Las camas (los colchones) también me parecieron viejas.
