Pros:

卫生间热水很大很舒服，工作人员服务态度非常好，早上5点45分就给我们做出了丰富好吃的早餐，还介绍我们到哪里买性价比高的去马丘比丘的汽车票。床品也很舒服干净。

Cons:

酒店的位置在谷歌地图上显示是错误的，一路问了好多人才找到，有很多上坡路。

Pros:

I originally booked 2 nights but added additional night. Staff were very good especially Ruth, she deserves 5 stars. The first room was dark and dingy and they had forgotten toilet paper and hairdryer, quickly rectified. The 2nd room for subsequent 2 nights was larger but still dark and dingy. Not sure about cleanliness because there was previous guests hair elastic on bed head. Bathroom very old and in need of upgrade. Main worry was no smoke alarm in either room, this is a compliance regulation and puts guests at risk in case of fire. Should Booking.com be recommending a hotel without basic safety. I can send you a photo showing smoke alarm is not activated . I believe a full or partial refund is due.

Pros:

Great location, nearby to restaurants, shops and transport. Helpful and friendly staff. Good television with streaming options. Clean and comfortable room.

As you can imagine, Machu Picchu took most of our time but the hotel was a great base and staff were so friendly - all g
Pros:

Great- Romy even came to pick us up at the station.
They got us a packs breakfast for Machu Picchu as our start was os early.
And when our return train was broken so we had to spend an extra night in Aguas Calientes, Romy got us a room back in which was so helpful.
