Per una notte ok
Pros:

Degni di nota: letto e cuscini comodi, acqua calda, ottima posizione vicino stazione bus per Machu Picchu e non attaccato al caos della stazione dei treni (che è Comunque a 5 min a piedi). Per il resto l’hotel è passabile giusto per una o due notti. La stanza non è confortevole, non ci sono comodini o armadi. Il bagno è minuscolo, se lasci la porta aperta non puoi praticamente utilizzare il lavandino. Insonorizzazione della stanza così così, noi stavamo all’ultimo piano e sentivamo il rumore della pioggia forte sopra la testa. Colazione essenziale con poca scelta. Comodo il deposito bagagli che puoi lasciare a loro mentre visiti il Machu Picchu.

I think it's one of the better hotels in Aguas Calientes
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Raices, the view from my room was excellent, room was fairly spacious, I was able to get lukewarm showers which is a great thing in Aguas Calientes (read other hotels reviews), wifi was pretty good as I had an hour long videocall and it was almost without any lags. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

It would be great if the hotel staff washed the windows more often as mine were bit too dirty. Also there are at least two karaoke or disco bars right next to the hotel so it gets loud till about 11 PM

Excelente
Pros:

Luego de hacer el check out me cuidaron la mochila hasta que fuera a machu pichu y a la vuelta me dejaron bañarme sin cargo.

Cons:

Luego de una noche me empezó a molestar el ruido del rio, deberían insonorizar mejor las ventanas. La vista es fenomenal.

Pros:

Super Lage! Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen. Es gibt warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Außerdem konnten wir für 2 Tage unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen, da wir einen Ausflug zu Machu Picchu gemacht haben.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Heizung, das Zimmer ist kalt aber es gibt genügend Decken, sodass man nachts nicht friert.

Un passage court qui ne mérite pas plus
Pros:

La proximité avec la station de bus pour aller au machu pichu
La box du petit dej quand on se lève très tôt
Eau chaude

Cons:

Il faisait froid dans la chambre
Chambre triple petite
Personnel peu aimable qui au moment de payer s est trompé sur le prix qu indiquait Booking et ensuite sur le taux de change appliqué .

Pros:

Perfekt für den Machu Picchu Trip.
Modern, heißes Wasser, bequeme Betten :)
Gute Location (aber aguas calientes ist auch nicht so groß ;))

Che Vista 🤩
Pros:

Camera con una vista ottima, pulita e letto comodo.
Posizione ottima. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Durante la notte dal bagno usciva un odore un po sgradevole, magari essendo in periodo di forti piogge e piene è normale.

Great Stay With Super Comfortable Bed.
Pros:

Really big room with views to city and river. Bed was super comfortable!! Super clean. Had a great sleep! Elevator was great to have.

Cons:

The check in process was a bit slow and they initially gave me the wrong room. In the end all was good.

En general, la atención es pésima, deben cambiar de personal de recepción. El trato cero cordialidad
Pros:

La ubicaciòn, y posiciòn de la habitación según las fotos.

Cons:

El trato de la recepcionista pèsimo, cero cordialidad. Desde el primer dia de mic checking la habitación no estaba lista, se veia una descordinación total entre el personal de limpieza y recepción. El hotel no contaba con servicios basico, netflix, yotube, tampoco se podia conectar desde el celular a la TV.

Pros:

Great location, great staff.

Cons:

Just make sure you bring earplugs as the river flowing is pretty loud as well as some of the music coming from restaurants/bars.
