Das Hotel ist perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es ist eine angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, umsichtig und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und die Menüs zum Abendessen waren allesamt sehr lecker.

Cons:

Ich war etwas verwundert, dass die ganze Nacht die Straßenbeleuchtung brennt, wo doch alle über so hohe Energiekosten klagen. Die Logik erschließt sich mir nicht. Ist Franzensbad etwa eine Gemeinde mit finanziellen Überschuss?!?!
Das ist aber keine Mango des Hotels - hier gab es nicht einen negativen Punkt.

Krásný hotel ,hezky zrekonstruované pokoje.Stravování bohužel podprůměr (na 4* určitě)
Pros:

Lokalita dobrá ,bohužel nevyšlo počasí

Cons:

Snídaně podprůměrná ,malý výběr a mdlá chut,večeři jsme řešily mimo hotel .Omezený výběr a čas výdeje večeře

Ein schönes Wochenende in Franzensbad
Pros:

Parkplatz zu fairen Preisen direkt am Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten. Ein Trip nach Franzensbad kann man allgemein sehr empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Keine Massentourismus zu unserer Reisezeit, Anfang Dezember.

Umístění v centru, ale zároveň klidné. Velmi útulné, čisté, příjemní zaměstnanci, možnost procedur. Snídaně formou bufetu - dostatečný výběr, možnost objednat oběd a večeři. Bazén malý, ale na protažení dostačující.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, was man bei dem Preis auch erwarten kann. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Der TV hat trotz Eingriff der, nicht sonderlich freundlichen, Rezeptionistin nie wirklich funktioniert.
Die Sauna empfanden wir als Abzocke. Ohne Vorankündigung 24 € für knapp 2 h. Dabei ist die Temperatur nie über 68 ° C gestiegen.

Vynikající kuchyně a lidé.
Pros:

Snídaně nejlepší co jsem kdy zažila. Vysoce hodnotím něco navíc- jednoduché, ale velice chutné chlebíčky nebo příležitostná nabídka pečeného zákusku, pomazánka.. a velice, velice příjemna je konvička kávy na stole, s tím, že se jedná o kávu chutnou, vhodné síly pro snídaňové účely ( běžně preferuji espresso), opravdu jsem si pochutnala!!! (Nesrovnatelné s kávou z byť kvalitního automatu.)
Kuchyně vynikající !! Nejen skladbou jídla, ale samotným provedením a nachucenim!!! Perzonál profesionální a starostlivý!
Díky tomu všemu jseme prožili neopakovatelnou pohodu, DÍKY!

Cons:

Přivitala bych připadnou jednorázovou možnost projít z jídelny na parkoviště- vím, že běžné nelze, ale pokud se dívám na auto a musím pro nějakou drobnost oběhnout celý blok..😉
