Poloha hotelu perfektní, lázeňské procedury přímo v budově.

Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Grosses Zimmer, tolle Betten, großes Bad, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder um dann Anwendungen dazu zu buchen. Hatte den Medi Stream genutzt, eine sehr nette Schwester hatte das Beratungsgespräch geführt. Das war alles sehr professionell.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Am besten fand ich, dass jeder seinen Tisch hatte, es gab also nicht jeden Morgen die Suche nach einem freien Tisch. Die Lage ist optimal, mitten im Kurpark. Wie waren rundum zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es ist eine angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, umsichtig und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und die Menüs zum Abendessen waren allesamt sehr lecker.

Cons:

Ich war etwas verwundert, dass die ganze Nacht die Straßenbeleuchtung brennt, wo doch alle über so hohe Energiekosten klagen. Die Logik erschließt sich mir nicht. Ist Franzensbad etwa eine Gemeinde mit finanziellen Überschuss?!?!
Das ist aber keine Mango des Hotels - hier gab es nicht einen negativen Punkt.

Krásný hotel ,hezky zrekonstruované pokoje.Stravování bohužel podprůměr (na 4* určitě)

Lokalita dobrá ,bohužel nevyšlo počasí

Cons:

Snídaně podprůměrná ,malý výběr a mdlá chut,večeři jsme řešily mimo hotel .Omezený výběr a čas výdeje večeře
