Worst experience ever, had to pay more, dusty room and not well maintained.
Pros:

Had a great view in the morning.

Cons:

They are running a scam that they demanded more money( extra 1540 LKR from me) than the amount I booked on the website. They said they have updated the prices of the rooms.

They had hot water connected only to the shower, but we can't change the temperature , which means they have fixed the temperature to a bare minimum. So the water wasn't hot enough and it was a cold. You can see their hotwater system in the picture I've attached with this review.

Bedroom wasn't clean enough that there were so much dust under thebeds and also the blankets were kinda dirty and dusty.

Carpet was also kinda wet.

Scam Hotel – Cheaters, Rude Owner, and Zero Professionalism!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I booked a room through Booking.com for $7. The booking was confirmed, but immediately after, I got a phone call from the property saying the price is actually $10. When I told them I booked for $7 as shown on Booking.com, they shamelessly said: “Don’t come here, go find another hotel if you want that price.”

This is nothing less than a scam. They lure customers with a lower price, confirm the booking, and then try to force you to pay more. This is completely dishonest, unfair, and fraudulent.

The owner has no manners, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. Instead of providing service, they were arrogant, used bad words, and basically told me to get lost. Such people should not be running a hotel business at all.

This so-called “hotel” is a waste of time, a waste of money, and a trap for travelers. If you don’t want your trip ruined, stay far away from this property. There are plenty of honest hotels that treat their customers properly – this is not one of them.

Unfair, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and run by cheaters. AVOID THIS PLACE – it’s a scam!

හෝටලයක් සමඟ මා කවදා හෝ අත්විඳ ඇති නරකම අත්දැකීම මෙයයි. මම Booking.com හරහා ඩොලර් 7 කට කාමරයක් වෙන්කරවා ගත්තා. වෙන්කරවා ගැනීම තහවුරු කරන ලදී, නමුත් වහාම, මට දේපළෙන් දුරකථන ඇමතුමක් ලැබුණා මිල ඇත්ත වශයෙන්ම ඩොලර් 10 ක් බව පවසමින්. Booking.com හි පෙන්වා ඇති පරිදි මම ඩොලර් 7 කට වෙන්කරවා ගත් බව මම ඔවුන්ට පැවසූ විට, ඔවුන් නිර්ලජ්ජිතව මෙසේ පැවසුවා: "මෙතැනට එන්න එපා, ඔබට එම මිලට අවශ්‍ය නම් වෙනත් හෝටලයක් සොයා ගන්න."

මෙය වංචාවකට වඩා අඩු දෙයක් නොවේ. ඔවුන් අඩු මිලකට ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් ආකර්ෂණය කර, වෙන්කරවා ගැනීම තහවුරු කර, පසුව ඔබට වැඩිපුර ගෙවීමට බල කිරීමට උත්සාහ කරයි. මෙය සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වංක, අසාධාරණ සහ වංචනිකයි.

හිමිකරුට කිසිදු හැසිරීමක් නැත, වෘත්තීයභාවයක් නැත, සහ ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ට ගරු නොකරයි.

Beware all, they simply look for. Money, they doesn't honor booking. Com, when I try to to check in they said room was already sold, I have the confirm how can they sell the room to anyone else, and they said no rooms available, but it was available on booking.com for a higher price, this is scam, cheating, in a Friday night, with weekend coming not easy to find a place, had to circle around for hours to find a shabby place to stay, booking.com should take action to this property, it's pathetic
