Pros:

Super poloha hned u skiareálu s vlastním parkováním.

Cons:

Přístup do pokoje přímo z venku teda fakt nic moc. Navíc bez kvalitního zastřešení, takže při silném dešti Vám prší v podstatě na vchodové dveře. Zároveň venkem musíte na jídlo, takže taky nic extra komfortního.

"Restaurace" je jídelna bez obsluhy pro lyžaře, pěkná, ale tedy čekal jsem úplně něco jiného. Snídaně super, večeře OK, ale žádný zázrak.

Objednával jsem pokoj s manželskou postelí, dostali jsme dvě postele samostatné sražené k sobě s 10cm dírou mezi. Měli jsme horší pokoj, ale relativně OK, nicméně tedy žádný zázrak na "hotel".

Pros:

Es ist kein luxus, soll auch nicht sein. Alles war vollig in Ordnung. Nette Personal im Hotel und im Restaurant, sehr gute Preise, Essen war lecker. Der Kamin im Restaurant ist besonders schön.

Byli jsme spokojeni.
Pros:

Přímo u lanovky na Špičák. Personal nápomocný a milý. Pokoj hezky, čistý. Bydleli jsme ve starším pokoji, takže některé zařízení bylo vidět, že už něco pamatuje, ale všude bylo čisto a pokoj byl hezky upravený. Dominantou byla obravska foto-tapeta, kterou obdivovala celá naše rodina.
Snídaně byla chutná a vydatná.
Jedine minus byl rozkládací gauč, který nevyhovoval některým členům rodiny, ale jiní se na něm vyspali zas dobře.

Rozkládací gauč, který suploval 2 ze 4 posteli. Pro někoho z naší rodiny byl nepohodlný a vrzal, ale jiní se na něm vyspali zas hezky.

Pros:

Hotel má výbornú polohu k lyžiarskemu stredisku, no je cítiť, že už má svoje najlepšie roky za sebou. Nábytok a vybavenie izieb pôsobia opotrebovane a zaslúžili by si obnovu. Pomer cena/kvalita neurazí no luxus neočakávajte.

Cons:

Reštaurácia je dizajnovo zrekonštruovaná a pôsobí moderne, avšak funguje formou samoobsluhy pri výdajnom pulte. Pri tejto cenovej úrovni by som očakával klasickú obsluhu alebo aspoň základný servis, napríklad zber použitého riadu.
Za mínus považujem aj to, že hoci je reštaurácia otvorená do 22:00, teplé jedlá sa podávajú len do 20:30, čo je pri večernom lyžovaní dosť nešťastné.
