Dreamy, unique, historically and architecturally significant authentic medieval castle with family-run, genuine Austrian
Pros:

Who wouldn’t want to stay in a 600 year old medieval castle?!! Old world decor, classic Austrian charm, incredible vintage woodwork and lighting, and totally unique, historic metalwork finishes make this a one-of-a-kind, truly romantic experience for any type of traveler! You really feel like a medieval prince or princess coming home to their cozy castle every day after skiing, dinner, or other activities! It’s definitely clear why Robert Redford chose to stay here of all places while filming the classic ski movie Downhill Racer in Kitzbuhel! Lovely and generous breakfast buffet with welcoming and friendly staff in a beautiful, classic dining room with lots of vintage Austrian decor. If you’re looking for sleek modern alpine design, this place is not for you, but if you’re looking for a totally unique vintage experience and the warmth of a family-owned and operated castle, this place is truly a dream come true!

Tolles Ambiente mit einer Reise in die Vergangenheit
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich , wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, super tolle Madratzen, Frühstück war sehr gut, frische Zubereitung von Eierspeis auf Bestellung , es gab auch Hausgemachte Marmeladen und Kuchen, Familie und Mitarbeiter sind sehr bodenständig, sehr freundlich ,herzlich, ein tolles Ambiente und tolle Gegend, wir kommen definitiv wieder da das Preisleistungsverhältnis wirklich sehr gut ist.

Lage zum Skigebiet.

Cons:

Sauberkeit und Ausstattungsqualität waren leider mehr als mangelhaft.
Die Sauna war kalt. Der Ruheraum ein Abstellzimmer.
Lampen kaputt.
Am Ende war es die Vielzahl der kleinen und mittleren Dinge, die es unangenehm gemacht haben.

Pros:

Wonderful accommodation for a family ski holiday.
The hotel is in a quiet location, and there is a bus and ski bus stop right in front of the building, which is perfect for getting to the slopes.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean, and there was a cosy, homely atmosphere.
The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming, so we really felt at home.
For us, it was probably the best mountain holiday we have ever had, and we would love to come back.

für ein spontanes Skiwochenende in Ordnung und das einzig vernünftig bezahlbare Hotel in der Umgebung

Das Schlösschen hat Charme, Frühstück absolut in Ordnung- jeder findet was

Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig, Wasser im Bad läuft schlecht ab, Zimmer und das gesamte Haus sehr(!) gut geheizt, obwohl Heizung abgedreht, ohne offenes Fenster kaum auszuhalten
