Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr, sehr freundlich, kompetent und nett! Die Sauna inkl. Ruhezone und Pool, der Skikeller, das Cold-Ülunge im Naturteich, herrlich :-)

Cons:

Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die Matratzen im kleinen Zimmer. Die Matratzen waren sehr, sehr hart und haben leider dazu geführt, dass ich nachts deswegen mehrfach aufgewacht bin. Die Matratzen im grossen Zimmer dagegen waren super!

Pros:

Exceptional and well maintained facitlity with all the comforts to make your stay memorable. The staff was very attentive and helpful specifically the Hungarian contingent ie Hunor, Cintia etc. Your staff represents your facility well.
The breakfast was excellent, nutritious and clean food. The wellness area a highlight specifically after a day of skiing. Great stay and will be back if the opportunity arises.

Stylisches Hotel, super Essen, Zimmer könnten größer und gemütlicher eingerichtet sein.
Pros:

Eindeutig: das Essen! Sowohl Frühstück als auch das Abend Menü waren an allen Tagen sensationell. Die Bedienung war super, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Von den Zimmern waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Diese waren sehr beengt, es fehlte als Familie an Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gab nur einen Schrank, was für 4 Personen, gerade im Winter, zu wenig war. Man wusste nicht wo man die Koffer hinstellen soll und es fehlte an Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Haken. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch dort fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten.

מציע לתקן את עניין החימום בחדר שניתן וליידע מראש כי כל ארוחת הערב הם בהגשה בלבד עם אפשריות בחירה מועטות ויציאה לסקי כולל

מלון נקי וחדיש צוות מאוד מאוד נחמד ומסייע

Cons:

אנו נוסעים לנסיעות סקי באוסטריה מדי שנה כבר עשרים שנה לפחות פעם בשנה ל 10 ימים וגם נסיעה זו היא בהיקף זה .
שכרנו שני חדרים מחוברים עם חדר מקלחת ושירותים אחד.
בעלות יחסית יקרה למצאי הקיים במלונות דומים עלות של כ 2000 ש״ח ללילה לחצי פנסיון .

בידיעה שאנו מגיעים למלון מפנק .

אחד החדרים היה קטן עד כדי כך שלא ניתן לפתוח בו מזוודה .

החדרים היו ללא הסקה ונאמר שהרצפה מתחממת

בשל כך שהרצפה לא התחממה לאחר 4 שעות שהות
ניתן לי רדיאטור מרעיש על מנת לחמם את החדר הקטן

המצב היה שאי אפשר היה לשלוט בטמפרטורה של החדר או שהחדר היה קר מאוד או שפתאום הרצפה התחילה לחמם והיה צריך לפתוח חלון באמצע הלילה לקרר את החדר
עד כדאי כך שמרוב חום התחיל לנזול לי דם מהאף
אני מתנצל על המגבות המוכתמות מדם שהשארתי בחדר .

כמו כן הובטח בפרסום שהמלון הוא במתכונת של סקי אין סקי אווט . וחשוב לציין שאכן אפשר לצאת בסקי מהמלון אך צריך ללכת כ 400 מטר במישור על מנת להגיע לסקי ליפט / מעלית סקי / גונדולה

והדבר המאכזב ביותר הוא ארוחת הערב
היא תמיד בהגשה ללא בופה אפילו לא בופה סלטים
כפי שיש ברוב המלונות ברמה זו .

האוכל שהוגש היה תפל ברובו חסר בחירה ראויה
ופחות אכיל
מלבד הקינוחים והמרקים שהיו טובים

לסיכום גם יקר ופחות טוב מהכרות ממלונות אחרים שהיינו בהם באוסטריה

ואני מוכן לתת כמה וכמה מלונות להשוואה בעניין זה

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and attentive staff. Ski bus at Christmas is very sporadic

Excellent service, decor and facilities. Breakfast was wonderful, executed by attentive staff.

Cons:

Dinner options. Only a set several course menu each night. However it was Christmas. A la carte menu would have been preferable on other nights other than Christmas Day, so we ate elsewhere. Food was to a high standard.
The hotel is true to it's motto...be authentic. The hoteliers have invested a lot in making this a reality.
