Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heel goed eten en dichtbij de pistes. Wij hadden een topweek!

Cons:

Enige minpunt dat ik kan bedenken was dat de temperatuur van de douche soms uit zichzelf wat heter en kouder ging, dat was minder comfortabel.

Für eine Woche Skiurlaub passabel.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage war gut und alle Lifte zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig, aber man darf nicht vergessen, dass es ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel war. Das Personal sprach ausschließlich englisch. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Parkplätze gab es nicht vor dem Hotel. Es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der zum Hotel gehörte. Dieser war allerdings 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen.

Günstiges Hotel mit guter Lage und gutem Essen.
Pros:

Frühstück gut und Abendessen sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.
Speisesaal und Wellnessberiech schön. Personal sehr höfflich.

Cons:

Zimmer abgewohnt. Personal spricht kaum deutsch. Skikeller sehr eng.

Fabulous hotel and service that is in a great ski resort!
Pros:

Brilliant location - great laid out rooms with very comfy beds - relaxed atmosphere and great food after a day skiing - staff excellent, lead by Maria, that were very attentive to any customer requirements.

The staff make this hotel what it is, a welcoming and friendly environment which means guests connect and chat with people from all over! Special mention to Maria welcoming and managing guests and Vassilis and Joseph in the bar and restaurant all so personable and attentive. A simple and tasty breakfast and the evening buffet was exceptional every night. The rooms are clean and cosy. Plenty of space in the boot room, great location a short walk from all lifts and centre of town. We have already booked for next year, and we've been to Saalbach 10 times.. the best find finally!
