Cons:

They didn't clean our room before we checked in, so we were given a dirty room with sheets that were used by previous guests. It was dirty and not a comfortable experience.

Communication in English could be improved for breakfast because it's not clear what type of entitlement (food menue) is because it's not buffet style. the unch and supper menu is a bit restrictive and some portions are not adequate

It is an excellent hotel to stay in. The ambience & vintage setup is unique.
Pros:

The breakfast was American, excellent.
I was english speaking and the staff though strong in french were excellent.
The location though far from the beach was very good. It is surrounded by trees, excellent.
I arrived early for check-in with no room availability but they managed to squeeze a place for me to freshen up.

Cons:

The wifi setting up procedure gave me some challenges, they should reduce it to only one name password.
The separation of the toilet & bathroom was a bit problematic, it is an old setup.

Pros:

Personnel à l'écoute. Ils sont tout le temps disponible. Mon air conditionné avait un petit problème qu'ils ont réparé immédiatement.

Ils s'adaptent également à vos demandes. Très bien

Amazing location. Not much to do in the hotel. Check spa is available as closed or short staffed.
Pros:

The only unusual location. Beautiful grounds where possible to walk.

Cons:

Some staff unhelpful. Groups of men hanging around by the pool changing out of suitcases. No spa available, not other entertainment. Not possible to walk around the grounds as route overgrown. No local beach to swim.

The staff were friendly and professional. Especially from desk staff.

Cons:

The place is seriously dirty. Needed to clean everything. Door handles, light switches, kitchen cupboards were dirty. And 1 bathroom was not working. We reported, it was fixed for 1 day and then the flush stopped working. The entire unit smells of sewage. Really bad and disgusting. If management can concentrate on just cleaning, this place could be amazing.
