Pros:

The staff were friendly and professional. Especially from desk staff.

Cons:

The place is seriously dirty. Needed to clean everything. Door handles, light switches, kitchen cupboards were dirty. And 1 bathroom was not working. We reported, it was fixed for 1 day and then the flush stopped working. The entire unit smells of sewage. Really bad and disgusting. If management can concentrate on just cleaning, this place could be amazing.

La femme de ménage n’est jamais venu. Nous avions demandé des pantoufles et des serviettes propres que nous n’avons jamais eu. Le sol était poussiéreux. Il y avait des lézards dans la cuisine

This stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected.

We stayed for one night with friends and booked the Half Board (HB) option, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. Dinner was imposed as a set menu with very limited choices, even though the hotel was full. Options were poor, and the overall experience felt cheap and restrictive. This was particularly frustrating as we had stayed here before and the difference in quality is obvious, the hotel has clearly gone backwards.

Restaurant service was painfully slow. The place was clearly understaffed, drinks took far too long to arrive, and the entire dining experience felt poorly managed. This is not something guests should have to excuse or tolerate.

Breakfast was just as bad. The buffet had very few options, the coffee machine was broken, and the omelet we ordered arrived so late that we were almost finished eating by the time it came. For a boutique hotel, this is unacceptable and poorly organised.

The only positive point was the reception staff, who were polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, that alone cannot compensate for the overall experience.

In summary, this hotel does not deliver value for money, and the Half Board option should be avoided entirely. Based on this stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent food, efficient service, or a well-managed dining experience.

Pros:

Nice view from my window. Great location.
Had a nice massage.

Cons:

All was good, just wish the staff would communicate at breakfast. I had to keep on asking for cooked breakfast every time that I wanted something.

Oaza de liniște, verdeață luxuriantă
Pros:

Localizarea într-un spațiu și zona f frumoasă, totul verde, foarte aranjat și exotic, în mijlocul unei lagune, cu vedere la aceasta și la ocean. Bineînțeles trebuie să ai o mașină sau să folosești un taxi pentru a te putea deplasa la diferite obiective sau plaje.

Appartamento per 4 persone
Pros:

Appartamento su due piani con 3 camere e 4 bagni, perfetto per 4 persone, molto spazioso.
C’è il ristorante che permette di avere colazione e cena, non abbiamo mai usufruito della piscina

Cons:

L’appartamento non era molto pulito e avremmo voluto un cambio in più degli asciugamani.
La posizione non è comodissima ma se si noleggia una macchina non ci sono problemi.
Per il prezzo pagato a noi è andata più che bene

Hôtel atypique
Pros:

Lieu atypique. L endroit est incroyable. Le personnel très gentil. Le resto japonais est top. Le personnel du spa est top aussi.. Le tour en bateau est sympa aussi. Le gros intérêt est la situation originale à port chambly. L'entrée de l'hôtel est magnifique et l'accueil très chaleureux.
