Charmant en comfortabel met uitstekend ontbijt.
Pros:

Mooi uitzicht op lochness, fijne kamers, gezellige lobby met open haard. Mooie ontbijtkamer met linnen gedekte tafels. Gabriel is een perfecte host.

Excellent service, wonderful view and room and a hearty quality breakfast
Pros:

Gabriel and Sophie are great hosts and customer service is second to none, with nothing being too much trouble. This is our second trip staying there in the last 12. Months. Highly recommended and will keep going back.

Pros:

Exceptional service in addition to the accommodation and location - often these places can be stuffy and pretentious but the staff were so genuinely caring and wanting to make everything special for you . We loved it . Breakfast was superb.

Outstanding hospitality in an idyllic setting.
Pros:

Everything! One had the all too rare experience of feeling genuinely cared for and pampered by Gabriel and his team in beautiful surroundings.

When we arrived Gabriel gave us a free upgrade on the room which had a beautiful view of Loch Ness. He asked where we would be travelling to next and said he would have a printed Itinerary ready for us upon check out - if we wanted. He also gave us a good recommendation for dinner that night - Loch Ness Inn. The food here was delicious.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
Would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

That we only stayed for one night!

Perfekter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Der Empfang war ausserordentlich freundlich. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sowohl beim Check-in als auch am Morgen sehr herzlich, bot uns Fudge zur Begrüssung an und half sogar mit dem Gepäck, was in Schottland selten ist. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Zimmer-Upgrade mit traumhafter Seesicht. Auch die Restaurantempfehlung samt Reservation war ein voller Erfolg. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Leider haben wir Nessie nicht gesehen – aber dafür war sonst alles perfekt!

A bit challenging to find, but overall an excellent experience and we would recommend
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, room was cozy and clean, staff at the door & at breakfast were exceptional.

Cons:

Finding the property was the only challenge, as our GPS was off by over a mile. Returning again, we would know to look for the Clansman Hotel, which is near the road.

Ani nevím, kde začít… Tento hotel je bezpochyby jeden z nejmilejších, nejútulnějších a s nejpříjemnější atmosférou, které jsme kdy navštívili. Jde o malý hotýlek s úžasným výhledem na Loch Ness, jen asi pět minut chůze od přístaviště lodí.

Atmosféra je naprosto kouzelná – večerní posezení u krbu se sklenkou vína je opravdu nezapomenutelné. Postele jsou neuvěřitelně pohodlné a snídaně nejen výborné, ale i krásně podávané.

A to nejlepší nakonec: personál. Jaro, Soňa i Gabriel jsou úžasní a díky nim má celý hotel jedinečné kouzlo.

Pokud se někdy vrátíme do Skotska, velmi rádi se znovu ubytujeme právě tady.

Very nice stay with a perfect host
Pros:

We arrived after dark in the rain with our car,, our host was helping us in the rain, carrying our bags. The host is super friendly and helpful.
We got an upgrade to a nice room with view on the lake and enjoyed the fireplace platter before bedtime.
The breakfast was amazing!
We loves our stay a lot!

Cons:

The full stay was perfect, the only small thing that bothered us was the clearly used bathroom towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door.
