Fantastische ervaring in dit schitterende hotel
Pros:

In één woord fantastisch!
De hospitality was geweldig.
We werden verwelkomd door Jaro en collega.
We kwamen direct in een warm bad terecht, zo gastvrij!
Het hotel is om door een ringetje te halen.
De kamer was perfect en de rest van de entourage van het hotel schitterend.
Laat je vooral informeren over de Schotse whiskeys door Jaro, een heuse kenner.
Vervolgens heerlijk bij de brandende open haard de geadviseerde whiskey nuttigen in de sfeervolle kamer met bijbehorende schotse klanken.
Ontbijt wederom om door een ringetje te halen heerlijk en prachtig opgediend, met uitzicht op Loch Ness.
Het was werkelijk een heel bijzondere ervaring in dit hotel, (en wij zijn al wat gewend), om nooit te vergeten!
Wij komen hier op zeker terug en krijgt van ons een dikke 10!

Cons:

Niks wat ons niet beviel aan dit prachtige hotel met zijn super vriendelijke personeel!

Charmant en comfortabel met uitstekend ontbijt.
Pros:

Mooi uitzicht op lochness, fijne kamers, gezellige lobby met open haard. Mooie ontbijtkamer met linnen gedekte tafels. Gabriel is een perfecte host.

Exceptional service in addition to the accommodation and location - often these places can be stuffy and pretentious but the staff were so genuinely caring and wanting to make everything special for you . We loved it . Breakfast was superb.

Excellent service, wonderful view and room and a hearty quality breakfast
Pros:

Gabriel and Sophie are great hosts and customer service is second to none, with nothing being too much trouble. This is our second trip staying there in the last 12. Months. Highly recommended and will keep going back.

Pros:

Everything! One had the all too rare experience of feeling genuinely cared for and pampered by Gabriel and his team in beautiful surroundings.

When we arrived Gabriel gave us a free upgrade on the room which had a beautiful view of Loch Ness. He asked where we would be travelling to next and said he would have a printed Itinerary ready for us upon check out - if we wanted. He also gave us a good recommendation for dinner that night - Loch Ness Inn. The food here was delicious.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
Would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

That we only stayed for one night!

Perfekter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Der Empfang war ausserordentlich freundlich. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sowohl beim Check-in als auch am Morgen sehr herzlich, bot uns Fudge zur Begrüssung an und half sogar mit dem Gepäck, was in Schottland selten ist. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Zimmer-Upgrade mit traumhafter Seesicht. Auch die Restaurantempfehlung samt Reservation war ein voller Erfolg. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Leider haben wir Nessie nicht gesehen – aber dafür war sonst alles perfekt!

A bit challenging to find, but overall an excellent experience and we would recommend
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, room was cozy and clean, staff at the door & at breakfast were exceptional.

Cons:

Finding the property was the only challenge, as our GPS was off by over a mile. Returning again, we would know to look for the Clansman Hotel, which is near the road.
