Perfekt zum Skifahren und für die Entspannung

Direkt am Skigebiet, Ruhige Lage mit schöner Terrasse, sehr freundlicher Service, hohe Essensqualität

Cons:

10/10! Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir sofort nach der Abreise unseren Sommerurlaub für nächstes Jahr wieder hier
Pros:

Das Hotel war außergewöhnlich toll! Wir sind schon viel gereist, aber die Übergossene Alm hat in jeglicher Hinsicht überzeugt. Schöne Zimmer, umfangreiches Programm, höchste Qualität beim Essen - aber besonders herausgestochen hat die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals im ganzen Haus!

Pros:

Unterkunft ist ok, aber leider haben wir uns von 4 Sterne Superior mehr erwartet.

Cons:

Kein Welcome Drink wie in der Reservierung geschrieben. Uns wurde das Hotel nicht erklärt. Zimmer mussten wir uns selbst suchen. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir recht scharf angesprochen warum wir kein Essen gewählt haben 🤷🏻‍♀️. Wussten wir halt nicht… Auf dem Tisch standen 2 Wasserflaschen die ohne Info mit 7,50 Euro pro Flasche berechnet wurden.

עולם ילדים מדהים!!!

Cons:

הגענו החדרים לא דומים למה שהזמנו . קיבלנו חדר ישן. שהגעתי לקבלה להסביר לה את ההבדלים הבחורה דיברה כל כך לא יפה ובצורה כל כך לא מכבדת. כן אגיד שהיא התנצלה אבל הרגיש שזה מאוחר מידי.

Lovely hotel with great service and amenities for kids and adults
Pros:

The vast children’s area and childcare offering, the nice sauna area (indoor and outdoor), the great service level, the scenery, and more!

Cons:

I liked everything about this hotel, but the food for dinner still has room for improvement. Less buffet style would be good, and a wine list would also be nice.

es war sehr schön
Cons:

die ersten Tage war die Kinderbetreuung nicht so toll wie in den Jahren zu vor - aber am dritten Tag kam dann wieder eine "erwachsene" Betreuerin das war dann wieder super zufriedenstellend. Ich verstehe das es sicherlich nicht leicht ist passendes Personal zu finden aber nur von "Kindern" - Schülerinnen betreut zu werden war schon etwas eigen, zumal ich die Betreuung in den vor Jahren super klasse fand.

Pros:

Beautiful surroundings. An excellent place for summer hiking. With the Hochkönig card you receive at hotel's reception, you can use all the cable cars in the area, enjoy the beautiful views, sample local cuisine, and get some exercise. There are trails for every level of ability. After a busy day in the fresh air, you will be happy to take advantage of the hotel's wellness facilities. A great dinner is the icing on the cake.

Cons:

Be careful about the information you receive. When booking through Booking.com, we thought we chose and paid for a room with a lake view. However, upon arrival, we were told that they assign rooms as people come, and we arrived late......
