Gratulation zu diesem Haus!
Pros:

Bestes Frühstück, das man sich vorstellen kann (zB sehr große Auswahl, hochwertige Produkte...).
Freundlicher geht gar nimma! Alle Fragen wurden kompetent und mit einem Lächeln beantwortet.
Sehr gute Ausstattung im Zimmer: Wasserkocher, mehrere verschiedene Teesorten, endlich mal eine ordentliche Kofferablage... .
Ich finde, man merkt einfach, dass in diesem Hause ein guter Spirit ist. Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, ist hier ein gut eingespieltes Team mit Herz und Hirn am Werk - sowas merken die Gäste, man fühlt sich wohl.
Obwohl das Wetter unwirtlich war, ist es immer nett, ein paar Tage in Gumpoldskirchen zu verbringen, dieser Ort hat einfach Flair.
Gute Bahnverbindung nach Wien.
Das Essen und die Bedienung im dazugehörigen Restaurant Fassbinderhof: einfach top!

Cons:

Kleinste Details:
- Duschwand ist nicht ganz dicht, ergibt eine kleine Pfütze im Badezimmer.
- Wem eine Klarsicht aus dem Fenster über die ganze Scheibe wichtig ist (mir zum Beispiel; andere sagten, sie würde die in dem gebuchten Zimmer teils auf dem Fenster befindliche Folie nicht stören), sollte das wohl besser bei der Buchung angeben.
