It was absolutely terrible
Cons:

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. At first everyone at the front desk seemed so nice and accommodating until it came to making money off of us.

We were trying to get into our room after a long day at the beach. Our handle to our room was broken and our door wouldn’t open. It was 90 degrees out and I’m holding my 6 month old who’s sleeping in my arms. We waved down some guy that works there that seemed like a bell boy/ repair man. He tried to fix the door then walked off. Never returned. We shortly went to the front desk to see what was going on and they told us THEY WOULDNT LET US IN OUR ROOM UNTIL WE PAID THEM FOR THE DOOR TO BE FIXED!! obviously we were shocked and upset. Two hours past by with my baby unable to get into the room with his formula and air conditioning. It took my crying and yelling in the lobby in front of all of the other guests until the hotel finally gave us the hard copy key to the door. Obviously it was to shut us up because there were new guests checking in. The next morning comes, and they refuse to clean our room. Again, we confront them and they are saying we need to pay for the door to be fixed.
After threatening to sue them they finally cleaned our room and left us alone the rest of the trip.
They claim the beach chairs are a separate business than them, which is a lie. They charge the most on the entire beach and lie that other chairs are more expensive. Want a trip to the town? 100 euros for a 10 minute ride where they are whipping around corners and driving unsafely. They have an included breakfast but the old man who is an owner and refuses to admit he’s an owner stands there and yells at the guests for not picking up the food correctly.

They are the biggest thieves on Mykonos. Do not stay here.

Amazing location but poor services and attitude
Pros:

Below average breakfast, staff were arrogant, and before checkout they told us we had to hurry to exit as they had to get room ready, minutes after checkout they called us 10 times whilst we were carrying bags down
Pretty ridiculous after we paid a fortune to stay there

Breakfast was fantastic!

Cons:

The airport shuttle is far too expensive, it should be free. The hotel should also have a beach area where you can enjoy it without having to pay for a sun bed

הצוות היה מושלם, הפקידות בקבלה עזרו ועשו הכל כדי שנקבל את כל מה שרצינו הרגשנו ממש כמו חברות שלהן!! החדרים יפים ונקיים וגם הבריכה, הנוף מהארוחת בוקר יפה ברמות והמיקום מדוייק קרוב להכל ואפשר ללכת לרוב המקומות ברגל במקום לקחת מונית

הארוחת בוקר הייתה מאוד בסיסית ולא היו בה הרבה אופציות לאוכל בכלל

It was lovely and staff are absolutely amazing.
Pros:

Loved my room with the sea view. It was everything one could ask for. The receptionists were extremely nice and arranged my room very quickly. Even the next day i had to change the room because i had book another one as the room i was in wasn’t available for the next night so they were kind enough to give an early checkin.

Cons:

The room with the pool had a very strange smell and just didn’t feel right. It had some mouldy smell so didn’t like the room that i got the next day
