Our stay at Palladium Boutique Hotel was truly one of the most beautiful hotel experiences we have ever had.

We initially stayed in the Elite Sea View Suite, and the team went above and beyond by kindly upgrading us to the Instagrammable Suite. This was such a thoughtful and genuinely appreciated gesture. A special thank you to Thanos for this wonderful initiative and for all the support and care he showed us throughout our stay.

I would also like to sincerely thank Georgia and Dimitra for taking care of all our reservations, arrangements, and requests. Everything was handled with such warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

A special thank you as well to George for the wonderful service he provided to us in the dining area, and to Smaragda, who was always so kind, helpful, and attentive whenever we needed anything.

And I would especially like to thank Dimitris. He personally made a very kind gesture toward me that I truly appreciated, and I will remember it. Thank you for making our stay even more special.

What made this experience exceptional was not only the beautiful hotel, the atmosphere, or the views, but the people. The entire team made us feel less like guests and more like family — always there whenever we needed anything, with genuine smiles, warmth, and care.
