pokoj ok,
na pokoji vana

Cons:

na pokoji byla lednička za příplatek což už jinak beru jako samozřejmou součást.
pes za příplatek 25 eur což bylo poprvé co jsem v ubytování za psa platila
nikde v okolí hotelu nebyla ani popelnice takže pytlík s bobkem musel s námi na pokoj.

Schöne Terrasse fürs Frühstück, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Über booking Hund angegeben und erst vor Ort erfahren dass der Hund 25 Euro pro Tag extra kostet! !! Viel zu teuer, jedoch kurzfristig was anderes suchen ist dann zu spät! Zimmer viel zu klein für den Preis , Duschkabine defekt, irgendeine Lüftung vor dem Balkon läuft durchgehend! Keine 4* wert ....Hund darf nicht in den Frühstücksraum (obwohl er 25 Euro zahlt am Tag , für was ?) gut dass es auf der Terrasse möglich war!
Bei der Buchung schaut das Ganze günstig aus, jedoch Frühstück 22 Euro pro Person, Wellness extra 9 Euro, Parkplatz 9 Euro pro Tag

Mooi hotel,werd goed geholpen door medewerkster.Kregen zelfs een privé parkeerplaats omdat onze auto niet goed op de parkeerplaatsen pastte.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights in mid December. We've visited St J in T before and hoped to ski a day and knew that the Crystal was handy for the lifts. The hotel wasn't fully open for the winter season ( bar and restaurant still closed), and we were very kindly given a free upgrade to a balcony room, and had a complimentary coffee machine. Clean, comfortable, great location and lovely spacious rooms. We only saw one staff member, and she was really kind and helpful. The Christmas Markets were on in the town square which is just a short walk away, and so beautiful and uncommercial.

Cons:

Nothing! It was ideal for our 2 night stay.

Lovely hotel, stressful online check in.
Pros:

Location, it's so close to good restaurants and the cable car. The staff were knowledgeable about the local area when we chatted in the morning.
The bed was very comfy.
The sound proofing is great, we did not hear a sound from other rooms or doors closing elsewhere.

Cons:

Arriving on a Sunday no one works at the hotel after 6 pm.
Check in is done via the internet if arriving after 6 pm and has to be done by 6 pm as the staff all go home. We were in the Alps until 5.30pm and did not receive the internet check in details until 5.40 pm and we had a panic to check in online. We did it with one minute to spare but if you have no internet you cannot do it and would not get the code for the security box to get your key and you would be locked out all night. This was too stressful and not good after having already paid for the room.
