Warm, helpful staff and a perfect spot in the old town
Pros:

The staff made this stay. We arrived much later than planned, and they still picked up the phone late at night to walk us through getting into the room and where to park, all in flawless English. The lady at reception the next morning was just as kind; we had a lovely chat. The location, of course, is excellent: a few steps from the main square and the best restaurants, with a great bakery right next door. The views from the room were spectacular.

Cons:

On the downside, the nearest car park is P5 by the bus station, which made getting bags in and out a hassle when travelling with kids and all their stuff. That comes with staying in the old town, but it's worth knowing before you book. A few small, inexpensive fixes would also make a big difference: blackout curtains, more comfortable mattresses, and a working shower diverter.

Sehr sympathische Unterkunft in perfekte Lage
Pros:

Das Hotels ist perfekt mitten in der Altstadt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, ebenso das Bad mit Dusche UND Badewanne! Die Betten waren super bequem und alles war sehr sauber! Das Frühstück war toll! Große Auswahl und jeden Morgen andere Süßgebäckteilchen <3 Die Servicekräfte waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Hotelleitung war prompt, unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend! Alles in allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Очень красивый, уютный отель! На Rezeption гостей встречает приветливая девушка Екатерина, которая всё расскажет и покажет. В отеле предусмотрена зона отдыха, где есть всё для кофе и чая. Очень приятно!

Interiér, čistota, personal, lokalita. Vynikající erárni kosmetika. To tělové mléko bylo fantastické. Výdatná snídaně, teplé nápoje k dispozici po celou dobu pobytu.
