Pros:

Has nearby free overnight parking spaces

Cons:

The room booked is a triple room for three people, but the sofa bed was still a sofa instead of an already made-up bed when entered. I have to make the sofa into a bed by myself, with given bedding stuffs after discovering the situation. The booking was made around 2am on Sunday, and the check-in was around 11pm.

L’établissement est agréable et propre, mais j’ai été surpris et un peu déçu de constater que le personnel de l’accueil s’exprimait en arabe entre eux devant les clients, ce que j’ai trouvé déplacé. Une attention à la communication en présence des clients serait appréciable pour rendre le séjour plus professionnel. »

Pros:

Tous mes remerciements à Paulo qui vendredi soir m à apporté les premiers soins, appelé les pompiers après que je me sois ouvert le crâne en refermant le coffre de ma voiture. Beau travail cf. Le médecin urgentes de l HP de la Seyne. Remerciements également au personnel qui s'est occupé de mon épouse. Sans oublier le directeur

Satisfait de notre séjour si l'on exepte nos quelques remarques
Pros:

la propreté des lieux (parties communes et chambre),
le calme dans la chambre,
l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel,
la présence du parking fermé,
l'accueil à l'arrivée à l'hôtel jusqu'à 23h

Cons:

ATTENTION: le coût de la chambre et la caution de garantie ont été débités sur la banque avant même notre arrivée à l'hôtel alors que l'on nous a confirmé à plusieurs reprises qu'il ne s'agissait que d'une empreinte bancaire!
A notre départ, un virement du trop perçu nous a été adressé! Pourquoi donner de fausses informations?
le chauffage dans la chambre n'a fonctionné que le 2ème jour,
le rouleau de papier WC de secours à cheval sur le rouleau sur le dévidoir, une petite étagère serait la bienvenue
le minibar est vide!
le café au petit déjeûner est imbuvable

Sehr schön.
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt am Hotel - immer super.
Frühstück war ganz gut.
Für Montag abend gab es ein offenes und gutes Restaurant gleich im Hause!
Direkt am Hafen mit Blick auf die Schiffe ist immer schön.

Cons:

Kurze Tour durch die Innenstadt gemacht - war nicht das Highlight des Monats.
