seult 1 nuit donc difficile de faire bcp mais hotel bien placé, accès simple y compris le parking.

Son confort, sa propreté, sa décoration, son parking.
La chambre en étage élevé que j’avais sollicitée lors de la réservation , m’a été allouée.

Qualité des services du week-end :
L’absence de toute personne responsable et l’absence de contrôles me paraissent dommageable
La quasi absence en salle et le manque de sérieux des personnes en charge du petit déjeuner.
Les lits faits à la va vite avec la couette bien tirée par dessus le drap du dessous resté avec tous les plis de la nuit précédente l(dimanche matin).
J’apporterai un bémol à mes remarques: le personnel du lundi matin, jour de notre départ, paraissait être beaucoup plus professionnel tant en salle qu’à l’accueil.
Mes remarques sont essentiellement destinées aux responsables de cet hôtel afin qu’ils puissent améliorer la satisfaction de la clientèle compte-tenu de l’expérience vécue.
