Pros:

Les nombreuses prestations (piscines, spa, boutiques, annimations) l acceuil du personnel qui nous a surclassé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et une immense terrasse. La proxomité des commerces et de la plage. L echange par whatsapp avec le personnel. Le restaurant de viande Carvv (avec la réduction de 15%) est excellent!.

Cons:

Les horaires des petits déjeuners pour les dormeurs :-) il pourrait y aboir un endroit plus tardif que 10h30.
Le bruit des chambres voisines et les odeurs de cuisine dans la chambre. Des bouteilles d eau pour l arrivee serait appreciees.

Breakfast, location and stuff. Also really liked pools and the second room that they gave us on the 6th floor

Lep hotel, vreden cene, če bivaš v superior sobi s pogledom na morje in če ne potrebuješ diete.
Pros:

Infinity bazen, urejenost in lokacija hotela sta zelo dobra.

Cons:

Zaradi celiakije smo potrebovali brezglutenske obroke. Zajtrk je bil monoton, na voljo 1 vrsta kruha, 1 štručke, nobene fleksibilnosti glede ev. dodatne priprave hrane za otroke. Večerje ravno tako enake cel teden.

Just wonderful
Pros:

A nice surprise when we arrived we were the Diamond Couple of the day and got a free super nice upgraded room with a sea view. We went to Malta for a friend's wedding and the whole weekend was so perfect. We will be back.

Lokalizacja, hotel w zasadzie samowystarczalny, można z niego nie wychodzić

Jedzenie - monotematyczne, ciągle to samo, ewidentnie pod kuchnię brytyjską. Zwłaszcza śniadania były rozczarowujące, niewielka oferta wyżywienia dla dzieci

En fin vistelse med bra service och en trevlig semester.
Pros:

Hotellet var väldigt fint med bra faciliteter, fina pooler och en trevlig miljö. Städningen var fantastisk och en av de bästa vi har upplevt. Personalen var generellt mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, särskilt Shakeel som snabbt löste vårt rumsproblem på ett professionellt sätt, samt Sooraj som gjorde vistelsen extra speciell för barnen med sin positivitet och fina handduksfigurer. Maten var god och varierad, och de tematiska kvällarna var ett extra plus.

Cons:

Vid ankomst fick vi först fel rum som var mindre, av sämre standard och saknade babysäng trots att det var bokat, vilket var en dålig start på vistelsen. Även om problemet senare löstes på ett bra sätt tog det tid och skapade onödig stress efter resan. Servicen på restaurangerna Ombre och Sabi var tyvärr inte lika bra, särskilt för oss med all inclusive då vi fick vänta länge och kände oss mindre prioriterade jämfört med andra gäster. Det kändes orättvist och påverkade helhetsupplevelsen. Dessutom saknades fler aktiviteter för barn och en lekplats.
