Détente, découverture, dégustation et accueil exceptionnel
Pros:

Les équipements sont vraiment au top.
La piscine à SABI, l’accès à la plage à SABI et la piscine intérieure étaient mes préférés.
Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins.
Les repas sont de très bonnes qualités, diversifiés. Les glaces dans les restaurants valent le détour.
Les chanteurs du soir à Ombré étaient vraiment très bons.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment génial
Le service de réservation des visites touristiques était bon.

Cons:

Ce que j’ai le moins apprécié c’est le système de réservation des restaurants. Etant all inclusive cela ne donne accès aux restaurants qu’une fois par semaine. Il faudrait le préciser au moment de la réservation de l’hôtel.
Les chambres et la salle de bain ne sont pas aussi spacieuses.
Il manque d’animation le soir: soirées dansantes, mousse, spectacle… même pour les enfants rien n’est prévu. C’est dommage.

In the wellness room they have a pool with cold water which is fundamental for a good sauna experience .

Top locatie en hartstikke fijn verblijf.
Pros:

Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en met name de heren die de kamers schoonmaken. Zij zorgen er iedere keer weer voor dat je met een lach de kamer binnenkomt. Speciale dank aan Rishav en Moltad.

Cons:

Het all-inclusief concept trek een bepaald soort mensen aan en die verstoren de luxe uitstraling die het hotel heeft.

Great choice for a family holiday! 5 stars!
Pros:

I’d like to give HUGE shout out to the Office Manager, Moataz ElSobbki! We never once felt like we were simply another booking or room number. Moataz took the time to make sure we were genuinely looked after, and everything felt incredibly personal, thoughtful and sincere. He went above and beyond what we could ever have expected, and it made such a difference to our entire stay. The hotel is stunning, modern, chic with great amenities and very ideal location. Amazing choice for a family holiday!

Beautiful hotel — if you’ve found this place, book it and stop looking. You won’t regret it!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a magical place, with excellent services, pools, and plenty of activities. The staff are incredibly kind and they truly go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a wonderful stay.

We travelled with our baby, and they were always very nice to him as well. The hotel is absolutely baby-friendly.

Parking is available in the car park next to the hotel, where we always found a space, almost right by the entrance.

Making a reservation at Sabi can be a little difficult, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a sunbed. However, there is a perfect public beach just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The water is deep, but that’s Malta. 😊

We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly magical holiday!

Cons:

Everything is now based on QR codes and digital systems, which can make things a little more difficult for older guests, but the reception staff were always happy to help whenever we got stuck with something.

Fantastic holiday trip
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent lots to choose from the buffet, the facilities such as the pool was great the temperature of the water was great and the bedroom was well set to my comfort

Great service and a prime seaside spot, though the hotel itself shows its age.
Pros:

Perfectly located just a short distance from the center and all the main sights, it offers a stunning seafront view and access to two beach clubs Sabi and Kora. The entire reception team, especially Nina and Sami, were absolutely fantastic, going out of their way to help us resolve every issue we had.

Cons:

The hotel is a large complex, which makes it great for families and bigger groups, but that also means privacy is limited and noise levels can be high. The facilities are quite dated and worn, and the rooms are in definite need of renovation.

Umas boas férias em família.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. O pequeno almoço é super completo, muito bom mesmo. Ainda tinha uma mesa fora da sala do pequeno almoço, com pequenos snacks para as pessoas levarem, achei de um cuidado fenomenal.
As piscinas do hotel, o acesso à praia.

Cons:

Havia algum barulho à noite, seja do exterior, seja por cima do nosso quarto. Havia bastantes formigas no quarto, que eram removidas diariamente pelos funcionários. Não tínhamos uma varanda.
