Pros:

Wspaniały hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Wyjazd rodziny początek lutego. Przemiła obsługa, wyśmienite i urozmaicone posiłki,codzienne desery i ciasta, bardzo różnorodna i pyszna kuchnia. Codzienne wieczorne recitale, piękny wystrój części wspólnych. Przyjęto nas 5 godziny przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej i możliwość skorzystania z restauracji . Na miejscu biuro lokalnej firmy turystycznej, gdzie można wykupić w bardzo korzystnych cenach przeróżne wycieczki-polecamy.:)-super organizacja. Hotel tuż przy morzu, choć plaża kamienista, ale widoki są wspaniałe. Jesteśmy baaardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i napewno tam wrócimy :)

Cons:

Lipsa halatului de baie și a papucilor din camera. Dacă ceri din timp primești dacă nu răspunsul este ,,ne pare rău, nu mai avem"!

Cockroach found in the room and unpleasant staff response
Pros:

-The king bed was comfortable
-There were many restaurant options inside and nearby, which was convenient.

Cons:

- the bathroom was outdated and not very clean.

- found a cockroach in the room.

When we complained to the front desk and asked to change our room, the staff just said that they would just do pest control during housekeeping. But, since we were staying with a small child, we did not feel comfortable staying in the same room after pest control, so we requested once again to change to another room. Then, we were told to come back to the front desk after 3 p.m. to change rooms, which forced us to wait and prevented us from continuing with our planned activities.

The staffs were unfriendly and appeared annoyed by our request. Later, when we just passed by the front desk, one of the staff members who had handled our complaint looked at us in a very hostile manner which made us feel very unpleasant.
