Amazing
Pros:

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was truly amazing from start to finish. Every member of the team made us feel welcome, and the level of service exceeded our expectations.

A very special thank you to Lara and Sami, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience even more memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we are incredibly grateful for their hospitality.

Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our vacation so special. We will definitely cherish these memories and look forward to coming back!

Ottimo hotel, pulito, staff cortese. Beach club
Pros:

Hotel centrale, poco distante dalla piazza di Bugibba. Si trova sul lungomare, è dotato di piscina interna, esterne e beach club con piscine e accesso al mare. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita, dispenser dell'acqua potabile distribuiti nei corridoi. Colazione ottima, dolce e salata, con molte varietà. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. L'ultimo giorno non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione ma abbiamo chiesto un box da asporto. Ottima esperienza, ritorneremo.
Staff di animazione presente in hotel.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, l'unico aspetto negativo l'assenza dello staff di animazione la sera del martedì (sostituito da un musicista nel bar della hall)

Wonderfull stay in family!!!
Pros:

Family suite room was vey nice and calm! Hotel is big but we dot feel the crowd at all. Sea view is anazing!!!!

A perfect location and a perfect family hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in St Paul's. We loved the pools, particularly Sabi beach club. Our two bedroom family suite was perfect, giving us enough space to make sure we all slept well. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the towel animals our housekeeper made for the children delighted them.

Cons:

Bar service could be slow. On several occasions we had to follow up orders after waiting for more than 20.mimites for drinks. We discovered when we checked receipts on the way home that we had been over charged on happy hour drinks on two evenings.

Pros:

This hotel was very comfortable, the staff were so friendly & very helpful. The room was a good size we had a 2 bedroom & plenty of space . The pool was lovely & clean & we had no problems with getting sunbeds thankfully.
