I loved to stay at this hotel and would rebook if I will come back to Malta.
Pros:

The 3 swimming pools are amazing and you can always find a sun lounger. The entertainment staff are super fit and motivate you to do activities. The restaurant staff are hardworking, a special thanks to Sabina and James making the best cappuccinos with a smile. Also had a pizza to replace a meal. Really attentive to customers requests.Rooms are spacious, showers always have hot water. Thank you staff.

Cons:

There should be an anti slip map by the pool’s stair as slippery.

Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, pokój bardzo duży i przestronny, miły personel, smaczne śniadania, świetny zespół animatorów, bardzo smaczne restauracje a’la carte.

Cons:

Poziom czystości był średni - leżaki przy basenie brudne, kratka wokół basenu zamiast bieli zmieniała kolor na czarny :D, ściany w pokoju też należy już odświeżyć, sprzątanie takie powierzchowne (raczej „odświeżanie”) z reguły Hilton trzyma poziom czystości a tu było średnio.

Perfect location
Pros:

Great location, clean and most staff were friendly, reception not as good
The restaurant staff were fab, loved the bar the steak house and the one over the road

Cons:

View could have been better seeing hotel was massive
Having asthma couldn’t sit out on balcony in the day or evening because of this and men in and out all day so had to have curtains closed all the time
Did speak to reception explained but they were rude and wouldn’t help

It was ok but not great
Pros:

The new wing family rooms are great.

Cons:

Food quality was below expectations.
The nearby beach disco was loud.
The beach at the sea closed early(6pm) not sure why.

Very good hotel especially the buffets. Highly recommend.
Pros:

My mum was not well so I did not come to Malta for pleasure. I did not have much time to explore the hotel. But I used the restaurant for B/L/D as I was all inclusive. All 3 were top notch. All buffet from breakfast to dinner have plenty of choice and really good value for money. I definitely use the hotel again if I need to.

Cons:

A couple of times I was woken up by housekeeping to check if everything is ok. I understand it must be a standard but it can be an inconvenience. This is not a complain, just to make a point.

Pros:

Ho apprezzato tutto,in primis l'eccezionale disponibilità di tutto il personale. La struttura è bellissima, pulitissima,curata in ogni dettaglio.Assolutamente il top!!!

Pros:

A true 5-star level hotel with best location, multiple pools, endless pool facing the sea and multiple restaurants with best views. Top level service - every waiter/ waitress just wants to make you happy. Love the hotel so much - services, location, facilities all at top level.
