Absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage, der Blick geht direkt zu den Klippen und dem tollen Meer. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig geschnitten und die Ausstattung über Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Terrasse oder Balkon, Sitzecke und sehr bequemen Betten bis hin zur Badezimmer Ausstattung leiden keine Wünsche offen. Dass der checkin und checkout an der Kuchentheke geschieht, hat vielleicht den Hintergrund, dass man sich schon einmal Appetit holen kann. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten einen besonderen Draht zu Jeanluc?, der für den Beruf geboren zu sein scheint. Meiner Meinung nach sind Angestellte wie er, ein großes Glück für jedes Gastronomie Gewerbe.

Cons:

Da wir 7 Tage vor Ort waren, hätte das Frühstück gerne ein wenig Abwechslung gebrauchen können. Alles war von guter Qualität und es gab ja auch frisches Obst und sogar Erdbeeren. Die Auswahl der Eierspeisen, die man vom Menu bestellen konnte, war auch mehr als ausreichend. Jedoch hätte eine weitere Weichkäse Sorte und ein weiterer Wurst- oder Schinkenaufschnitt und evtl. ein Kuchen noch das i Tüpfelchen ausgemacht.

Perfect break in beautiful location
Pros:

Great hotel in stunning location. We had a premium room which was huge with a good sized bed. Patio doors onto the garden. Large swimming pool. Ate in the restaurant one evening and food was good. The selection of cakes in the coffee shop was amazing. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outside the door with a bus to St Peter’s Port every half an hour. Thoroughly recommend.

Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel lohnt sich auf jeden Fall
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhig gelegen, mit Bus gut erreichbar, grosses Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, grosses Badezimmer.

Nettes Hotel mit schwierigem Empfangspersonal

Die Lage ist ausserhalb der Stadt, jedoch mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und freundlich. Das Personal, ausser jene vom Empfang, sind sehr freundlich. Frühstück soweit ok.

Cons:

Vom Personal der Reception sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Bei jeder Frage kommt die Antwort, "das können sie im Internet nachsehen". Als wir den Weg vom Hafen zum Hotel nicht fanden und anriefen war die Antwort, "schauen sie im Internet nach oder telefonieren sie der Taxizentrale. Unsere Frage nach der Fahrzeit des einzigen Buses der vom Hotel in die Stadt führt - eben, "das können wir im Internet nachsehen"...Wir verstehen unter Gastfreundlichkeit vermutlich nicht das Gleiche.

Most pleasant and enjoyable.
Pros:

We were allocated a lovely, spacious and very comfortable room, big good quality double bed, excellent access directly onto the beautiful pool and surrounding area. Bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. The hotel appeared to be in very good condition and is seemingly constantly undergoing maintenance and some upgrades. Management and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

There is no flat sheet on the bed, only the fitted sheet and then the comforter/duvet. My wife and I travel extensively and its something we always look for and appreciate. There is no air conditoner in the room - suprising for a property of this quality. The small stand up fan did not operate at all (we advised management at check out) but it was not a major issue.

My wife and I wanted a quick break away. What a great choice we made.
Pros:

Food (breakfast and evening meal) was excellent.
Location was quiet with wonderful views and walks - just what we wanted.
A bus from St Peter Port stops at the hotel and returns regularly.
All the staff (plus the owner) were very friendly making every effort to ensure we had a happy stay.
