Perfect.
Pros:

Pros:

Das Abendessen und die Sauna waren sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt und bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und Dinge wie einen Skipass organisiert.
Die Kooperation mit dem Skiverleih hat gut gefallen und wir konnten dort das Ski Depot kostenlos nutzen.

Cons:

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gefallen. Für den Preis habe ich etwas Moderneres und Schickeres erwartet.
Die Betten waren etwas zu weich - aber das ja Geschmackssache.

Family run gem perfect for solo travellers or families!
Pros:

Booked as last minute solo traveller over Xmas and was delighted with the attentive welcome, fabulous facilities and location of this gem.
I was initially apprehensive of solo travel but immediately felt at home as part of this family run hotel which has a long tradition of being ran by skiers for skiers (check out the heritage!)
And must mention the 5 star, 5 course evening meal so there is no fear you will be disappointed.

A family run gem in the heart of the wonderful ski area of Am Alberg.
Pros:

This family run hotel combines warm and personal service, impeccable cleanliness, high quality fit out and exceptional cuisine with a great location close to the ski-lifts in St. Christophe am Alberg. Johanna, Martina and Mikaela were ever attendant providing super service, advice on the slopes and places to see in the local area. We opted for half board. The breakfast selection was extensive with a few changes each morning to keep it interesting. Dinners were 5 courses, beautifully presented and very tasty mainly based around traditional Austria cuisine with some international twists.
The rooms are very well equipped with large screen TVs, fridges, a high standard of decor with no expense spared on lighting, bathroom fixtures etc. There is a sauna and steam room free to guests and the ski boot room has lockers big enough to accommodate 4 sets of skis, boots, helmets, gloves etc in a way that they always warm and dry the next morning. As a family we played games at the dinner table every night (lots available in the restaurant) and we were never rushed with each course which was very much appreciated. The icing on our son’s cake was falling in love with Martina’s ‘Groodle’ called Wolly who we would have taken home in a suitcase if Martina had let us. Although listed as a 3 star this has surpassed stays we have had in many 4 and 5 star properties. An exceptional find!

Very nice family run hotel in a cute little village
Pros:

Johanna and her crew were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and attentive! As my son said “it is a five star hotel service” and he was absolutely right!!! Dinner was delicious! The ski lift was a two minute walk from the hotel! And the sauna was amazing!

Cons:

Would have liked a coffee machine in the room.
