Buena predisposición del personal. El hotel cumple con lo esperado.

La ubicación y los espacios comunes
La ducha, tardaba mucho en salir agua caliente y tenía poca presión, la calefacción en la habitación no fue buena.
Las sábanas estabas remendadas. El radiador del baño perdía agua. La alfombra estaba sucia. Lo peor de todo: el desayuno. No limpian las mesas. Las medialunas eran viejas. Había que esperar para que repongan tazas y cucharas. Había que pedirlas.
La ubicación, recepción y lugar de desayuno , hambientes cálidos muy agradables
La pileta climatizada , muy buena
El baño , extremadamente chico.
La habitación también chica
Muy buenas las instalaciones, espacios comunes y la accesibilidad. El personal de limpieza muy amable y cordiales.
El personal de recepcion turno tarde no es acorde al nivel del hotel. Mala predisposicion, atencion y comunicacion. Reservé con cuna confirmada por el hotel y no solo que no estaba al llegar sino que no tenia lugar para ponerla, tuve que insistir 3 veces para que retiren una cama simple y coloquen la cuna.

La pileta climatizada
Que había que alquilar batas para la pileta. Y que el desayuno no había huevos. Desayuno pobre.
En este caso tengo que resaltar los comentarios que había leido de otros pasajeros. Todos muy atinados, en lo que resaltaban y lo que criticaban. Realmente, hay que leer los comentarios y casi nunca se equivocan.
La calificación de tres estrellas, estimo que le queda grande.
