Wassertemperatur stimmte nicht.34 Grad waren knappe 30 Grad.
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet
von 5 Sterne Komfort kann keine Rede sein. Alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Handtücher hatten Löcher, der Bademantel war so dünn, dass man fast durchsehen konnte. Auf der Website steht man soll am Abend vorher die Anwendungen buchen. Als wir ankamen hieß es, man soll bei der Zimmerbuchung schon alles buchen und es wäre nun , so kurzfristig, schwierig.
Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen!

Empfang, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, Preis-Leistung nicht ok, unorganisiert und unstrukturiert! Keine Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer (nach Urgenz Kaffeemaschine erhalten, Hotel verrechnet € 2 pro Kapsel), Geruch von Rauch an mehreren Stellen im Hotel, Spa-Behandlungen nicht vor Ort buchbar! Wassertemperatur zu kalt, Lufttemperatur im Spa zu kühl, Licht im Spa viel zu hell, Bistro öffnet erst gegen 12:00 .....in Summe viel Marketing von Hrn. Reiter und wenig bis gar nichts dahinter, Fitnessstudio ist im Kinderhotel, Shop hat nur von 10:00 bis 13:00 geöffnet.
Nie wieder Reiters - ein völlig überteuerter Reinfall !

Exzellente Küche und ein außerordentlich nettes Personal. Der Pianist Julius war der Highlight des Abends. Die Kellner Peter und Abel waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das gesamte Team war absolut perfekt.

Es bedurfte bei Ankunft klarer Formulierung der Wellness-Buchungs-Wünsche, aber es wurde sehr zuvorkommend und schnell am Folgetag reagiert.

В отеле 5 звезд еда должна быть интересней и качественней, свежайшая выпечка и десерты, изысканные горячие блюда. Общие зоны пора обновить.
