Pros:

Je boekt hotel en dan zit je in een bijgebouw
Ik ben zwaar teleurgesteld weggegaan na 1 dag had 2 dagen geboekt maar ik ben maar gewoon weggegaan omdat het niet was wat ik verwachtte
Maar ik ben echt lastige klant na 20 jaar in hospitality

Upgrade suite chambre non nettoyée
Pros:

Profiter de l'espace thermal le jour de l'arrivée et le jour du départ. Petit dej qualitatif.

A notre arrivée à la réception, nous étions les seuls clients présents, 4 réceptionnistes derrière les 3 comptoirs, tous libres, et pourtant les 2 premiers comptoirs ne nous ont pas salués. Seul le dernier comptoir nous a salué et s'est occupé de nous. On nous a remis les clés de notre chambre vers 16h, nous sommes repartis dehors avec tous nos bagages jusqu'au bâtiment de la Villa Welcome (la réception est dans l'hôtel Mondorf) et nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'arriver dans une chambre où le service ménage n'était pas passé (lit défait, serviettes par terre...). Nous avons tenté d'appeler la réception depuis le téléphone dans la chambre à 2 reprises, personne n'a décroché (je rappelle qu'il y avait 4 réceptionnistes et aucun client...). Nous sommes retournés à la réception expliquer notre problème : les 2 réceptionnistes semblaient tomber des nues et ne pas savoir comment réagir, pas un mot d'excuse sur le moment, juste de vaines tentatives de contacter la gouvernante et des pianotages sur le clavier. Jusqu'à ce qu'une 3eme réceptionniste leur dise de nous surclasser à l'hôtel Mondorf. La base du metier aurait été de dire : "Toutes nos excuses, patientez quelques minutes nous allons trouver une solution". Dans notre malheur nous sommes gagnants, nous avons eu une bien plus belle chambre au Mondorf mais la gestion du personnel était peu qualitative.

Excellent sejour
Pros:

Malgré les travaux de grande ampleur, l'acces aux thermes et à la villa Welcome s'effectue sans problème. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La literie est impeccable. Et le petit déjeuner fabuleux.

Cons:

Une suggestion : un plateau café/thé serait un plus en chambre, mais c'est un détail

Pros:

Schönes Sauberes Zimmer 1 Min vom Kurzentrum Bad Mondorf entfernt. Die Kosten für das Zimmer sind für Luxemburger Verhältnisse in Ordnung, wobei ich persönlich das Frühstück etwas überteuert finde.

Großer Lob an die Administration denn ich stornierte ein weiteres Zimmer, welches ich buchte, eigentlich einen Tag zu spät. Es wurde aber trotzdem kostenfrei storniert.

Het ontbijt was niet inbegrepen maar is erg aanbevolen. Je vindt er alle soorten ontbijt en drank van uitstekende kwaliteit, vanaf 7.30 tot na 10u denk 'k. Denk aan: zelf smoothies maken van groeten en appelsien en appel, müesli en havermout met granen, gluten-vrij, English breakfast in warme pannen, iemand die klaarstaat om omeletten te maken, mini-croissants en cake, vers brood om af te snijden, huisgemaakte confituur, honing, choco, fruitsla, sla, groenten, verse kaas, yoghurt, hardgekookte eieren, ... De warmwaterbron als zwembad heeft massageknoppen waar je voor kan gaan staan, met zowel een binnen- als buitenzwembad gedeelte. Het saunacomplex is het meest uitgebreide dat ik ooit zag, heel verzorgd. Er worden ook verschillende opgietsessies aangeboden. Er is ook een verzorgd park waar het aangenaam wandelen is.

Cons:

Het was omwille van een gevoeligheid aan het gebouw (brandalarm ofzo dat anders voortdurend af zou gaan; opgelet met deze interpretatie, ik ben niet zeker of ik de uitleg wel goed begrepen heb) niet mogelijk om warmwaterkokers op de kamers te voorzien.

Cons:

Gammelt og veldig slitt. Sengen var en liten kasse med madrass og hadde hjul på beina. Gulvet knirket, toalettet luktet vondt. Rommet var glissent, tven ubrukelig, stod en tilfeldig spiseromsstol som holdt de røde, veldig slitte gardinene på plass. Vi sjekket ut igjen nøyaktig 2 timer etter innsjekk, og måtte betale full pris.
