Pros:

Everything was great from the first day. Although we arrived early, the hotel staff allowed us to check in ahead of time. The rooms were clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the capsule coffee machine in the room. The hotel receptionist, Vasilis, helped us with all our questions. The beach is close to the hotel, with free sun loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast is amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel

It was a really pleasant stay and I highly recommend visiting this hotel
Pros:

The room was quite spacious and of a high quality. The hotel is right next to the beach which is really convenient and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The cleaning leaves much to be desired. I have the impression that the cleaning lady only made the bed and replaced the toilet paper. During our week-long stay, we brought in a lot of sand from the beach and kept walking in it. Additionally, the terrace was already covered in sand on the day of our arrival. Overall, the bathroom sink and toilet were not cleaned either, and the bathroom mat we left on the floor was in exactly the same condition after the cleaning, which shows that neither the floors were vacuumed nor washed. Apart from that, the property is very good in every other respect.

Warning! Dont book this hotell!
Pros:

The receptionist-but she said she was powerless in helping us getting our rights.

Cons:

Warning: The place is not clean+The sofa bed does not work in any room they showed us- it has a default with different hights between the 2madrasses. (Where your back would be crossing) Therefore no one is not able to sleep on the sofa-beds. They confirmed this.

The hotell therefore said we needed to rent a whole extra suite for one of us!!! Otherwise we did not have a place for one of us to sleep.

They refused to give back 1/3 of the money for the first room -which was booked for 3people, but could only be used by 2 -after they confirmed something was wrong with the sofa-bed!

The place is not clean either!!!

When you show them hair from previus guest the cleaners just gets upset and stayed angry the whole stay.

When we told booking what happened, booking asked the hotell to pay back and agreed with us that it was the wrong behavouir by the hotell, but the hotell still refused and just took our money.

This is the definition of a scam - charging the price of 4people but with only 3 guests staying. Forcing them to book 2 rooms!!

When you try to explain - it is horribel to do this to the customer, their so called ”solution” is to block you from getting back.

Thats beyond fine we never EVER had such a BAD experience in our life, at any hotell!

A hotell should not take peoples money by scaming them! I was traveling with older people who go aloth of stress by their behavouir! What a horrible heartless way to operate by a: not clean hotell! Hope people are saved from this place!

Ich kann den Aufenthalt absolut weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war fantastisch, es gab viel Auswahl und es ist für jeden etwas dabei (egal ob vegan, vegetarisch, kalorienreduziert etc).

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wenn andere Gäste in der Nacht das Hotel betreten hört man das bis ins Zimmer. Auch die Dusche des darüberliegenden Hotelzimmers kann man hören.

Pros:

Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption. Waren immer bemüht uns zu helfen und haben uns auch sehr unkompliziert einen Mietwagen gebucht. Das Frühstück im Schwesternhotel mit Blick auf das Meer war sehr gut und auch das Servicepersonal dort sehr freundlich. Sonnenliegen direkt am Strand sind ebenfalls enthalten. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts, was evtl. stören kann ist die Glas Schwingtüre zum Bad.

Gute Lage, Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar, große Terasse, separates Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Espressomaschine und Kühlschrank

Cons:

Kein Service an der Rezeption! Check-in-Formulare muß man selbst ausfüllen über Handy, oder Tablett,
Abfluß in der Dusche war total verstopft, Wasser lief nicht ab!
