Fine, but don't expect the staff to be helpful at all.

Rooms were clean and comfortable if a bit old and in need of updating.

Cons:

The bed was so creaky that I would frequently wake my wife up just rolling over in bed, there were no smoke detectors in any of the rooms, there's no elevator so good luck if you're skiing and have heavy bags (and a freshly dislocated shoulder, but that's not the properties fault) and the staff was incredibly unhelpful, bordering on rude, when trying to resolve a parking problem.

Be aware, this property is up a steep incline and if it's snowing, unless you have chains or a 4x4 you're not getting up to the parking lot. This wasn't communicated at all in either the listing or in my communication with the property prior to arrival. At no point in our 2 week trip in the middle of winter did we encounter anything that remotely required chains or a 4x4, but apparently this is common knowledge so I'm just stating the obvious for everyone else (I'm from an incredibly flat part of the US where it doesn't snow so you'll have to forgive my ignorance).

Gute Base für St. Anton
Pros:

Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück, freundliches Personal, alles immer sauber und im Bad heißes Wasser. Warme Zimmer.
Für Schifahrer gibt es kostenfreies Skidepot in St. Anton, Schibushaltestelle vor Hotel. Ist natürlich super angenehm.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind eine Herausforderung. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wiewohl alles gut funktioniert. Badezimmer im Retrodesign mit Dusche in der Wanne.

Small hotel with very friendly owner. We had only overnight stay, but can imagine to spend longer. Cute small breakfast. We really enjoyed.
