Cheguei na hospedagem e a recepcionista disse q havia um problema com meu quarto. Não pude entrar na hospedagem e eles disseram que eu deveria buscar outra acomodação. Em nenhum momento entraram em contato comigo e não me avisam de nada, apenas quando cheguei ao local.
Depois de um bom tempo de discussão, a recepcionista conseguiu um hotel na mesma rua.

Muy buena Ubicación, cerca de casas de cambio, locales de ropa, y muralla.
El personal muy atento y amable
Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y el aire funcionaba perfectamente.
El desayuno completo, café, jugo, frutas, huevitos, patacón, etc .
La habitación bastante pequeña pero cumple la función.
No hay agua caliente pero igualmente ellos te lo avisan antes.
La ubicación fue estratégica para la actividad que iba a desarrollar.
Olvidamos unos audífonos Shozk de conducción osea en la mesa de noche de la habitación y aunque lo reportamos al siguiente día no fue posible recuperarlos, a la fecha el hotel dejo de responder los chats.
La atención del personal excelente y la ubicación del hotel es muy estratégica

The location was great.
However I had booked a double room with a balcony and ended up in a triple room on the courtyard without explanation.
The down thing was that the room was smelling humidity and mould (no windows).
Also opening those three gates to enter with multiple keys was a bit annoying when coming back at night
It is close enough to the Historic Center's main attractions without being too close to all the hubbub. Many restaurants and stores are close by for all your needs. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, especially for the budget. The breakfast was very good.
