- Welkomstdrankje voucher - waarom mag je geen fris i.p.v. alcohol?
- Op de kamer misten we koffie/thee faciliteiten
- Bediening was niet allemaal even vriendelijk (sommigen wel heel hartelijk maar een paar ook niet. We misten ook het meedenken, bijv toen we aangaven nog honger te hebben tijdens het tapas diner)

Absolutely loved our stay!
Pros:

Loved the breakfast and the restaurant atmosphere was really charming. We absolutely loved the spa. The cleaning ladies were so friendly and diligent. Hotel was close to main ski lift and shops. Incredible views with really comfortable beds. The owners and reception staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The waitering staff at breakfast were not that friendly and if anything additional was ordered, it was bought to the table before you were finished your first course. The noise from the stairwell and the banging of doors were also a disturbance in our room.

Empfehlenswert !
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Gappmeier, ein modernes Hotel mit Sauna und Außenpool. Ein kurzer Lift am Hotel zum Aufgang zur Kohlmaisbahn, zum Schattberg X-press ist es zu Fuß etwas weiter ( 5-10 min ).

Kleiner Snack-und Getränkeautomat im Ski-Bikeraum.

Ein liebevolles zubereitetes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettes Personal.

Toller Service !

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, nice wellness!

Cons:

The restaurant in the evening lacks a bit of coziness. You get vouchers for a welcome drink, but you can only get prosecco. Bit strange that you can’t use it for coffee or tea. 🙈
