Ein zauberhaftes Wochenende in St. Wolfgang
Pros:

Frühstücksauswahl war absolut top - Anordnung des Buffets, Art der Speisen, einfach an alles gedacht
Vom Hotel aus war man nach ca. 300 m im Ortskern , einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen
Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und den See mega

Cons:

Es wurde in der Buchungsbeschreibung bei Booking.com nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass auch begrenzt grosse Hunde erlaubt sind.

150EUR für eine Umbuchung finde ich dreist - vorallem in dieser Preisklasse. Zumal wir ohnehin schon einen Aufpreis für eine andere Zimmerkategorie bezahlen mussten - womit ich grundsätzlich kein Problem hatte (trotzdem dann enttäuschend, dass wir im alten Gebäudetrackt untergebracht waren). Bei der Buchung über das Handy hat sich leider ein Datumsfehler (heute statt morgen) eingeschlichen - welcher aber innerhalb weniger aufkam. Generell wäre eine Info/Hinweis/Rückfrage wünschenswert, wenn man in der Nacht gegen 21.30 Uhr noch für die selbe Nacht bucht - das kann eigentlich zu 95% nie stimmen. Und eine Umbuchung sehe ich als Service, der inkludiert sein muss --> das ist doch der Job der Rezeption. Oder wenigstens ein Hinweis über die Umbuchungskosten - mit der Info, wären wir ev. tatsächlich noch in der Nacht angereist - aber die Dame am Telefon konnte diesbezüglich nicht weiterhelfen und hat mich auf den nächsten Tag verwiesen. Ich hätte vl. noch 50 EUR für die Umbuchung akzeptiert oder irgendeine Kompensation - Massage-/Bar-/Restaurantgutschein, was auch immer. Mit diesen Erfahrungen wird mich dieses Hotel nicht mehr wiedersehen und ich werde es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
