The receptionist we met was absolutely ill! She couldn't speak because of her runny nose! We were constantly afraid of catching the virus! One room was incredibly cold, and the heating didn't work until the early morning. Parking is far from the hotel, with no place to park temporarily, which is very inconvenient. The lake is extremely dirty. There's a lot of trash along the hotel shoreline! There is no kettle or coffee maker in the room, which reduces the comfort of your stay!

Wir buchten eine Superior Suite für Spa-Erholung und Entspannung, doch unser Aufenthalt entsprach leider in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Der Kamin im Zimmer war defekt, der Außenpool nicht wie beworben beheizt, und die Zimmerreinigung ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Im Hotelrestaurant warteten wir 60 Minuten auf unsere Hauptgerichte und verließen hungrig. Getränke, die wir konsumiert hatten, durften wir zunächst nicht bezahlen, und beim Check-out wurden wir aufgefordert, für Speisen zu zahlen, die wir nie erhalten hatten, inklusive angeblich komplementärem Brot und Besteck, das wir nicht bestellt hatten.

Die Restaurantleitung verhielt sich in dieser Situation herablassend. Außerdem wurden wir nie nach Allergien gefragt.

Für den Preis und die beworbene Kategorie der Suite ist dies nicht akzeptabel. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Reinkommen und wohlfühlen. Allein schon der oft so steril nervige Check in ist hier was völlig anderes. Das komplette Team ist ein Traum. Lage ebenfalls. Mit ganz viel Fingerspitzen Gefühl und liebe zu herrlichen Details. Die Küche ist irre - Frühstück ein Erlebnis. Wir kommen wieder. Versprochen
