Skvělá je poloha hotelu, výborná snídaně a na pokoji bylo čisto.
Pros:

Snídaně, čistý pokoj.

Cons:

Není možné se na pokoji zamknout, což s malým dítětem je občas náročnější.

Ubytování bylo velmi pěkné,čisté.Byla jsem zde na jaře a co mě velmi překvapilo,že bylo dost chladno a v hotelu se topilo.To jsem nečekala👍

Ústretovosť a maximálna spokojnosť
Pros:

Neskutočná ústretovosť pána na recepcii, vyhovené požiadavkám neskorého príchodu - po skončení pracovného času na recepcii, taktiež, skoršie raňajky, ktoré boli úžasné, švédske stoly a bolo tam všetko, potom príprava raňajkového balíčka keď sme raňajky nestíhali, balíček bol bohatý, chutný a každý si dokáže vybrať. Izba bola menšia ale len sme tam spali, zišiel by sa nejaký odkladací priestor na kufor, tašku. Nemám jedinú zlú vec, bola som maximálne spokojná.

Skvělé snídaně a poloha. Čisté pokoje a příjemné prostředí.
Pros:

Hotel má skvělou polohu a příjemné pokoje. I přesto že je na náměstí je v hotelu klid a ticho. Snídaně jsou skvělé a personál milý. Doporučuji na víkendový pobyt.

Cons:

Nemůžu nic vytknout. Hotel naprosto předčil naše očekávání.

chovani recepce, to je tak celé

Cons:

pokoj za tu cenu neadekvatni, koupelna malicka jak na internate, rucniky jsem hledal 3 minuty, zadne vybaveni, nic pouze stara tv v ukrajinském jazyce a to proti ua nic nemam.
dve sklenicky a thats all, pokoj vypadal jak intr z 90 let ale hlavne ze mame kartu, mimochodem, cekal bych od deluxe pokoje minumalne to ze budou fungovat svetla, ne jen nekdy a ne jen nejake. postel malá, klimatizace nikde. uz nikdy za ty penize

jedine co bylo použitelné byla konverzace s recepci. az na tu posledni pani druhy den

v cene byla snidane, ktera je dostupna do 10:00 prisli jsme 9:44 a pry uz je to pozde. dobre tak ja jim 5 minut ale nevadi. mejte se

ochotný personál recepce, rychlý check-in, v historické části města, relativně blízko nádraží vlak i bus, nákupní centrum 500m

ceny v hotelové restauraci lehce vyšší - asi jsem neměl štěstí na kuchaře - maso připálené z jedné strany na uhel :-( , konzument musí být ostražitý a před zahájení prozkoumat předloženou krmi.
