La limpieza en general, las alfombras de los pasillos sucias , manchadas y con olor.
URGENTE CAMBIO
Estuvimos dos dias anteriores y renovamos un dia mas porque la estadia nos gusto mucho, lo recomiendo!!!
Fue una estadia muy comoda y placentera, el hotel tiene todo, y el restaurant muy buena comida a la carta, el desayuno muy completo, y el predio muy grande, la atencion del personal excelente, gracias por recibirnos!!!

El desayuno estuvo bien! La ubicación es buena! Y el pago en 3 cuotas sin intereses también me pareció bien
El confort la habitación para 3 chicos y 2 mayores me pareció muy chica,
Lo que no me gustó y me resultó incómodo son las camas, colchón durísimo!, distribución del baño, ducha!
El personal es muy atento y amable! Tanto del hotel como del restaurante! Impecable
Mejoraría el equipamiento del gimnasio y la calefacción habría que optar por alternativas al AA que en general seca mucho el ambiente. Esto fue subsanado de inmediato por el personal y nos consiguieron una estufa eléctrica. Muy atentos!
Punto a mejorar: la panificacion del desayuno tiene muchas más posibilidades de destacarse
La amabilidad de los recepcionistas.
La cena estuvo muy bien y acordé los precios.
El desayuno, todo muy bien,no faltaba nada.
No es que no me gustó, le falta algo, los pisos helados, el aire acondicionado si bien funcionaba para calefacción le faltaba, el baño raro, la bañera sin puerta por lo tanto no es agradable para salir de la ducha.
La limpieza en general sobre el escritorio dejaba un margen para criticar.

La ubicación
Está muy venido abajo, las alfombras viejas de los pasillos viejas y rotas, el colchón muy viejo (gastado y undido), el restaurante tiene cable de electricidad sueltos por todas las paredes. En gral se ve que fue de calidad pero hoy es un 3 estrellas
El tamaño de la habitación. La ropa de cama y toallas.
No tiene calefacción central. Los espacios son fríos. La habitación estaba helada y se calefacción a con split.
