It was close to the festival I was going to.
We did not get our text message from the hotel with our room number or PIN. we couldn’t get in the room for nearly 2 hours. The person mowing the lawn helped us get in (we are grateful for his help), but he had the PIN and info to get in our room from helping us. So, I asked for a new PIN. Getting a new PIN took another 2 hours. We were starving at that point but didn’t want to leave until we got the PIN. Then the new PIN didn’t work, so I tried calling but they said
that I could speak to anyone. So instead, they gave us what seemed to be the master code (I am assuming anyone that worked there had access to that code). Additionally, there was not a safe in the room. Oh and no I top sheets on the bed (our neighbor didn’t have sheets on their bed at all). They had packaged junk food and some unripe fruit out for breakfast. The coffee/creamer were good though.
A nice place, a bit unusual as there is no reception, so everything is more and less automated - organised by emails, SMS, and PINs. But in the end, rooms were clean, nice, comfortable, and cosy. The place is quiet, there is a place for cars inside closed gates, wifi works, moder TV with stream services, self services for drinks and limited food. Sort of scary on arrival as it looks deserted, at the end overall nice experience.
There used to be a pool, but now you can at least enjoy morning coffee or evening beer.

Good location close to the city. They also had a swimming pool and sauna, something which wasn’t in the info before, so nice surprise.
Our room was just next to the main lobby, where people were talking quite loudly until late in the night.

Our stay at this hotel in Hradec Králové was truly refreshing. The apartment was remarkably spacious, clean and very stylish, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The self-check-in and check-out made our stay effortless, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. A bonus was the breakfast space, offering a delightful variety of morning treats. The hotel, while located in a quiet area a bit away from the centre, still provided convenient access to the city.
All in all, this hotel is a fantastic choice for a serene, comfortable stay in Hradec Kralove, and I highly recommend it.
