Fizemos uma longa viagem e chegamos à noite ao hotel. Ao fazer o check-in, mesmo mostrando o número da reserva a recepção me disse que não havia quarto para todos, depois de muita conversa ela liberou uns poucos quartos e consegui acomodar mais pessoas em um mesmo quarto. Ficou faltando cama para 1 pessoa e ela teve que acomodar em 1 quarto sozinha e depois queria me cobrar uma quantia a mais por isso e eu não concordei em pagar. Paguei o que havia negociando com vocês. Confesso que foi muito estressante essa chegada no hotel, todos cansados e ter que negociar para que nos acomodasse. Meu marido chegou a olhar hotéis na região e nenhum tinha vaga. Ia entrar em contato com vocês quando ela cedeu alguns quartos. De qualquer forma gostaria de deixar registrada essa situação, que não foi nada agradável.

Clean comfortable and very helpful staff
Pros:

It’s easily located and close to places to eat and easy for me to go from here to the ferry terminal. I am familiar with the place so that reassures me

No air conditioning but you get what you pay for and I am travelling on a budget

Very run down hotel.
Pros:

Location is good.Appreciated lift to airport. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Curtain pinned over window, cardboard over a window on one wall, broken facilities e.g. socket hanging off wall and broken mirror. Noise from nightclub. Water was lukewarm at best.
