Personal: llegué cansada a las 12 pm, y pedí una taza de té y me dijeron que no era confitería...
Baño: las llaves todas sueltas y con oxido entremedio, como bajado de ducha una toalla cortada y deshilachada, después de ocupar el lavamanos salía olor a desahue.
Desayuno: solo cosas dulces pan y queques, les pedí hievos, luego de 15 min me dijeron que no tenían.
Agua caliente: en la noche traté de bañarme y salío agua tibia, no caliente.

The owner was not expecting us. Therefore, there was no service from them.

Toilet sit broken. No hot shower. Night time came, and the lights of the passages were not lit.
