Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá, čerstvé teplé pečivo, obsluha nám uvařila čaj do termosky.
Vybavení není luxusní, ale perfektně čisté, poměr cena/výkon vynikající, kousek do centra, naproti obchod, určitě se někdy vrátíme, doporučujeme.

Dostupnost do města, parkování

Cons:

Když jsme požádali, zda můžeme na terasu, tak nám to bylo zakázáno, prý jen v létě, ale obsluha tam byla kouřit každou chvíli. Když jsme odpoledne chtěli kávu, obsluhy jsme se nedočkali ani za 15 minut. Úsměv na recepci by taky nebyl úplně mimo, nic to nestojí. S plnou pusou se při placení ubytování to taky není ideální.

Amazed at how great our stay was and looking forward to our next visit.
Pros:

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There were two people who I would like to recognize: Daniel at the front desk and your waiter/bartender originally from Italy. Both of these gentlemen deserve recognition. They effectively communicated with us in English and were extremely helpful in answering our questions. Daniel has excellent knowledge of the local area and went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. We definitely recommend your hotel to others who travel to the Usti nad Orlici area.
