Amazed at how great our stay was and looking forward to our next visit.
Pros:

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There were two people who I would like to recognize: Daniel at the front desk and your waiter/bartender originally from Italy. Both of these gentlemen deserve recognition. They effectively communicated with us in English and were extremely helpful in answering our questions. Daniel has excellent knowledge of the local area and went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. We definitely recommend your hotel to others who travel to the Usti nad Orlici area.

Jednoduchý check-in vo večerných hodinách.

Cons:

Zavádzajúca informácia o tom, že hotel má fitness centrum. Nemá. Má ho iná firma, musíte ísť mimo hotel a zaplatiť za to.
