Family snowboarding trip from UK
Pros:

Some staff were very friendly. Most of the facilities (pool, sauna, hot-tub) were great, breakfast selection was very good, location was beautiful & just a 10min bus ride into Spindleruv. Late check-in was provided reluctantly but much appreciated

Cons:

Breakfast buffet ran out quite fast, some staff were not very welcoming, fridge was more like a freezer & the rooms could have been cleaner on arrival.

Lage ist absolut traumhaft!
Sehr geeignet wer gern Skitouren geht.
Frühstück war sehr gut. Viel Auswahl und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Zimmer müssten mal renoviert werden.

Okropne miejsce. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem.

Jedyny plus to duży parking. Biała czysta pościel.

Omijajcie ten hotel szerokim łukiem. Wyjechaliśmy dzień wcześniej bo od 2 dni nie działało ogrzewanie w drugim budynku w którym byliśmy zameldowani. Zgłaszając to usłyszeliśmy od.pama z recepcji że dzwonimy 5 min przed końcem jego pracy i co on ma zrobić.? Naszym znajomym natomiast gdy poprosili telefonicznie o hasło do wifi powiedział że jest na kartce która dostali przy meldunki i się rozłączył. Gdyby mieli ja to na pewno by nie dzwonili prawda? Jedzmy dalej. Zarezerwowałam nocleg pokoju 17m. Dostaliśmy pokój który z łazienką miał może max 10m2 który był po prostu obskurny. Brudne ściany, wystrój i wygląd mebli jak za króla świeczka. Akurat wtedy na recepcji byl jeszcze inny pracownik (bez włosów) który z wielką łaska i pewnie też dlatego że odezwała się inna pracownica dał nam inny pokój. Wg niego premium. Od razu wam napisze pokój 1303 jest dla nich premium. Chyba tylko dlatego że jest większy. W pokoju nie ma żadnego górnego światła. W łazience działała jedna żarówka wyglądało tam Jak w jaskini. Druga nie działała. W pokoju śmierdziało. Obok pracownicy robili remont więc nie szło się zrelaksować bo ciągle walili w ściany i wiercili. Jedynym plusem tego miejsca jest Pani Ella i to że była czysta biała pościel. Dziękujemy też jej za to że wysuszyla nasze mokre po stoku ubrania bo przecież skoro były kaloryfery o temperaturze 35stopni to ciężko żeby coś wyschło. Wracając do temperatury. Przyszedł pan sprawdzić i powiedział że no nie działa tak jak powinno ale on nic nie może zrobić. Dziękuję. Wróciłam od was chora. Przy wymeldowaniu natomiast pracownik recepcji zamiast zaproponować rekompensatę stwierdził że może nam dać elektryczny grzejnik. Słucham ???? Teraz ????
Jedziemy dalej. Ich "spa" to absurd. Tam po prostu śmierdzi i bałam się że dostanę grzybicy więc odpuściłam wejście. Kuchnia
Przyjeżdżając zamówiliśmy gulasz i pieczeń. Nie wiem czy kiedykolwiek jadłam coś gorszego. Zalane 0.5 litra sosu 6 kawalkow żylastego mięsa.
