In case of booking "All inclusive" room rates, 1 child of age 11 and younger will be accommodated free of charge.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Good breakfast selection

Cons:

Very expensive as a solo traveller paying for a very basic double room. Some of the staff (not all) were quite grumpy and we felt like a nuisance to them. At £100 a night I wasn’t expecting to have to walk 200m in the blizzard to have to get to the main building - it made going to the sauna / restaurant impractical.

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Szeroki wybór opcji dodatkowych. Uwaga basen dodatkowo płatny pomimo wykupionego noclegu i śniadania.

Zdecydowanie udany pobyt .
Pros:

Położenie niesamowite. Smaczne śniadania, dobra kawa , sympatyczny personel . Restauracja działa nienagannie , ceny nieco wyższe , ale płaci się też za klimat. W cenie noclegu jest 1 godzina Spa , z którego nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać. Zrobimy to następnym razem , bo zapewne tu wrócimy !

Tolle Unterkunft direkt auf dem Kamm des Riesengebirges
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer und sehr schöne Gaststätte mit viel Platz und Spielraum für Kinder. Natürlich supertolle Lage auf dem Kamm des Riesengebirges. Großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Durch die Busverbindungen war die Fahrt zu den Skigebieten ohne Parkplatzsorge leicht möglich.

Cons:

Zimmer waren manchmal zu warm.

Cons:

Zařízení je dost opotřebované a neudržované (závěs držící na dvou žabičkách, dveře sprchového koutu visící na pantech, nefungující fén, atd.).

Family snowboarding trip from UK
Pros:

Some staff were very friendly. Most of the facilities (pool, sauna, hot-tub) were great, breakfast selection was very good, location was beautiful & just a 10min bus ride into Spindleruv. Late check-in was provided reluctantly but much appreciated

Cons:

Breakfast buffet ran out quite fast, some staff were not very welcoming, fridge was more like a freezer & the rooms could have been cleaner on arrival.
