Good but not as good as they think...
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The reception staff were condescending and arrogant, probably because we were Polish. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, seemed rather disengaged and uninterested.

Bardzo piękne miejsce dla miłośników górskich wędrówek.

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja do górskich wędrówek, pyszne, obfite śniadania. Miła obsługa.

Płacimy kaucję za psa i trzeba sobie zawczasu udokumentować szkody powstałe przez poprzednich czteronogich gości.

Wstep na basen jest dodatkowo platny, ponadto czynny jest tylko do 21. Ogólnie obsługa zarówno recepcji jak i kelnerska średnio miła i ogólnie ma sie wrazenie jakby sie bylo intruzem a nie gościem, bardzo wczesna pora wymeldowania, bardzo male okno w pokoju a podłoga skrzypi, brak czajnika, nie uzupełniane na bieżąco braki w ubywającym jedzeniu na śniadaniu. Limit minimum przy płatności kartą. Bardzo mały telewizor oraz tylko czeskie kanały tv

Wspaniałe miejsce z pysznym śniadaniem - idealny postój podczas wędrówki (choć trochę drogi)
Pros:

Pyszne śniadanie, z dużym wyborem napojów oraz potraw wytrawnych i słodkich. Dania w restauracji różnej jakości - smażony ser z frytkami pyszny, ale sałatką z krewetkami koleżanka była bardzo rozczarowana, więc tak 50/50.

Cons:

Pan recepcjonista był wyniosły i nieszczególnie uprzejmy - pozwolił sobie na uwagę do mojej koleżanki "Pani nie słucha", a gdy na początku rozmowy poinformowałam, że jesteśmy z Polski i spytałam, czy woli komunikować się po angielsku czy po polsku (pytanie zadałam po angielsku) skomentował "Your English is very, hm, interesting, so maybe Polish":/

Bardzo polecam. Idealne miejsce do wędrówek po Karkonoszach.

Die Lage super zum Wandern, toller Ausgangspunkt, da man schon oben auf dem Kamm ist.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Eigentlich für jeden etwas dabei.
Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es gab nichts zu meckern

Das man für's parken zusätzlich bezahlen muss
Die Schranktüren waren defekt, Schrank müsste einfach mal ausgetauscht oder repariert werden.
