Położenie obiektu znakomite w centrum Przełęczy Karkonoskiej. Bardzo miła obsługa

Cons:

Przez cały pobyt byłam 4 razy w saunie i nie uzupełniono pod prysznicem mydła.

Poprvé a rozhodně naposledy

Mysleli jsme, že strávíme hezký víkend na tradiční horské chalupě, ale čekal nás arogantní personál a restaurace, kde nebylo jídlo 😂

Cons:

Extremně arogantní recepční, pokojské nám řekli, že jsou na ně běžně sprostí, neměli jsme ručníky a na dotaz nám bez omluvy dal dva ručníky k bazenu místo bězných ručníků.
Na snídani už v 8.45 nebylo nic k jídlu, doplnění nikdo neřešil. A to mají snídaně do 10 hod. Všichni hosté jen kroutili hlavou. K večeři už téměř nic nebylo, bylo nám řečeno, že mají problémy s kuchařem. Super když jste daleko od centra a jinou možnost restaurace nemáte. Kontrolujte si i účet, oba dny nám účtovali jiné položky. Ceny dost vysoké na kvalitu, kterou nabízí.
Při odjezdu recepční opet u check out arogantní a dokonce sprostý, že mu něco nešlo. No hrůza.
Opravdu jeďte jinam, tohle nestojí za zastávku.

The reception staff were condescending and arrogant, probably because we were Polish. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, seemed rather disengaged and uninterested.

Bardzo piękne miejsce dla miłośników górskich wędrówek.

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja do górskich wędrówek, pyszne, obfite śniadania. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Płacimy kaucję za psa i trzeba sobie zawczasu udokumentować szkody powstałe przez poprzednich czteronogich gości.
