We never stayed
Pros:

Staff revised the Stay Charges when we reached the hotel to check-in and demanded Rs.2000/- for a very dirty, very poorly maintained room with no room service facility

Cons:

We liked nothing guest friendly when we reach there, the reception desk attended hardly attended us with courrtesy

Avisi hotel is a scam
Pros:

Plz never book this hotel online, they are charging almost double the price compared to what I booked online. Called bookings.com but they are only keeping my call on hold and finally when they picked up but there was no resolution. Due to the late night i had no other option at that time, so I had to stay there by paying double the price.

There's was a water shortage in the morning, then there are no lights in the hall and the main door doesn't have a locking mechanism plus we had booked a triple sharing sharing room but the bed was quite small
