This is right on the water, as all the hotels are, but has a great menu that isn't a rip off. The staff are kind, and some are helpful in figuring out what to do. The beds were fine, but we had a room with an AC that didn't work amazingly to cool the room, and there was no fan, and the room's situation didn't receive any of the breeze from the ocean. Get an oceanside room! It is really nice in the common areas and only about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot, but farther down the beach to be more relaxing/chill.
Would have liked for a fan to circulate the air, and also for cleaning during our stay since it is a beach hotel the sand (especially with a small child) was all over. It would be nice to know before booking that if you do not pay in cash, there is a 7% credit card fee for the hotel charge (less for food and services once there). Note that directly in front of the hotel are lots of coral rocks so you want to enter down the beach in either direction a bit.

La literie est extrêmement dure et inconfortable.
La chambre est mal isolée : la baie vitrée est entourée de bois ajouré donnant directement sur l’extérieur, ce qui donne l’impression de dormir dehors. On entend tout ce qui se passe sur la plage.
La douche offre un simple filet d’eau froide, sans pression. L’ensemble est vieillissant. Il n’y a pas de couette (seulement un drap à installer soi-même), pas de tapis de douche.
Le service au restaurant est extrêmement long : entre une heure et une heure et demie pour recevoir un plat.
Le point le plus préoccupant concerne le transfert en bateau au départ. Nous avons payé 300 000 pesos colombiens pour un trajet annoncé d’environ 10 minutes. Le trajet a finalement duré 2h30, avec une mer agitée. Le capitaine a embarqué d’autres passagers en cours de route, transformant le transfert en circuit prolongé. Nous avons réellement craint pour notre sécurité et nos bagages ont été trempés. Nous n’avons jamais été informés qu’il s’agissait d’un transfert partagé et prolongé. Il y a un sérieux manque de communication à ce sujet.
Enfin, même si cela ne dépend pas directement de l’hôtel, la plage dans cette zone (entre Playa Blanca et Playa Tranquila) est très sale, avec des tessons de bouteilles et des débris dans l’eau, ce qui rend la baignade peu agréable.

Przy włączonej klimatyzacji dość duże ilości wody się skraplają i spływają po ścianach - ryzyko zalania walizki jeśli zostawi się otwartą (tak jak w moim przypadku)
Aby dostać się do hotelu polecam transfer hotelowy ponieważ po dotarciu na główną plażę miejscowi za wszystko policzą 10 razy więcej.
Hermosa Ubicación y excelente la atención de César y Cata !!! Recomendable 100%. Y les recomiendo a Manuel para el transporte que te recomienda la Cabaña y Rigo para realizar los tours.
La Atención
Fabulous upstairs room with balcony (#8) in this friendly & super clean hotel overlooking the beautiful white sands of Playa Blanca. The sea is 10m from the front door and it is sooo restful to hear the waves as you drop off to sleep.
All the staff are attentive, happy and will do anything to help. Big thanks especially to Paola and Sergio who looked after us for drinks and meals.

El desayuno muy completo y perfecto para iniciar el día, todos muy amables, el menú variado y delicioso, muy hermoso para estar todo el día frente a la playa, espero volver este año
Un poco más de claridad en las habitaciones, me tocó una familiar muy grande y eramos solo 2 personas
La atención del personal muy buena, super atentos.
El baño no tenía bien la ducha y las toallas estaban muy gastadas/usadas. Después el ruido de alrededores puede resultar molesto por las noches o a la mañana temprano.
El lugar interno para las reposeras. La atención de César, Sergio, Dainer y Caty. Las comidas muy ricas y sabrosas.
