Bonne localisation, personnel pas agréable
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien situé, à pied des quartiers touristiques et du port.
Le lit était confortable et il était agréable d’avoir des serviettes de douche et une climatisation.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est ni accueillant ni chaleureux.
L’établissement étant situé au cœur du quartier, le bruit est constant. Notre première nuit au rez-de-chaussée a été mouvementé par le bruit extérieur et le réveil par les vidéos regardées à volume fort par le réceptionniste.
Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre au second étage où le bruit était modéré.
La chambre est fonctionnelle, ainsi que la salle de bain malgré le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’eau chaude.
Point négatif pour le service laverie où nos avons retrouvé sur nos vêtements des traces de rouille.

Position is very good

Cons:

The first day the girl at reception was very lazy and didn't gave the normal service at room. In the evering and night thanks a boy there everything was ok. In the toilet wasn't a mirror and the water for make a pipì you need to seat. The service really poor

Die Lage ist sehr gut und es gab eine Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Leider war die Ausstattung sehr schlecht, der Pool war geschlossen, es gab keine Pflegeprodukte im Bad (auch keine Seife) und die Terrasse hatte nur 2 Stühle. Es sah auf jeden Fall nicht so aus, wie auf dem Fotos :/ und es war leider auch sehr laut.

Se escucha Muchísimo ruido de la calle, en tres ocasiones me desperté asustada porque los carros pitaban y la habitación tiene una ventana a la calle y es primer piso.

Pros:

O bairro é perfeito a localização é excelente.

Cons:

Ele não trocam as toalhas e nem faz a limpeza do quarto, o banheiro não tinha um pano nem rodo para secar ficava uma bagunça só melhorar isso de resto tudo é excelente e outra eles colocaram que ofertam café da manhã só que na verdade eles só deixaram lá um café preto .

Pros:

Ubicación

Cons:

Agua en escalera la cual conecta con segundo nivel, el personal sabe que es un goteo constante y no ponen ni un cubo, la habitación no fue limpiada en los tres días, el personal ña cual más interactuo fue el joven Rodolfo.
