Please note that the property does not have a elevator, and access is only via stairs.
Please consider that this hotel is 100% smoke free.
If your arrival at the hotel is after 6:30pm the main door of the hotel (wooden gate) will be closed, however, at the top left there is a bell and a person 24 hours a day ready to serve you.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Room cleaning service is available daily until 2:00P.M

Due to our unbeatable location and open colonial infrastructure, outside noise can be heard throughout the hotel, however, the hotel provides free earplugs for your use during your stay.

Bonito y céntrico hotel con demasiado ruido nocturno
Pros:

El edificio. La ubicación. El desayuno buffet bastante bueno. Habitación con amplitud . Todo limpio, el baño muy bien.

Cons:

No se podían apagar ni las luces de la mesilla ni el ventilador desde la cama. Había que levantarse.
Muchísimo ruido por la noche al estar en todo el centro

La ubicación es perfecta quedas en el mero centro y puedes llegar caminando a todos lados, estas a unos pasos del reloj! el desayuno estaba bueno solo le falta un poco de mas variedad y las habitaciones están muy cómodas, eso si por estar en el centro hay mucho ruido, pero no nos afecto para dormir!

Charming, Great Location, Good Value, but can be Noisy

Staying at Hotel Boutique Las Carretas was a wonderful experience! I loved the cozy, clean rooms and the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The location in Cartagena’s historic center was perfect—everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away

Cons:

There were a few downsides to my stay at Hotel Boutique Las Carretas. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which means carrying luggage a staircase to lobby. After 6 PM, the entrance had to be buzzed in, which was slightly inconvenient. Also, the rooms facing the street were noisy at times, making it hard to sleep. Light sleeper be warned! While still charming, these issues are worth keeping in mind.
