The location was unmatchable! We didn’t waste a single minute, bars were five minutes away walking, I am not exaggerating, the important locations where one street away, we didn’t really hear any noise, and we’re live in Canada, which is pretty calm. I love the fact that the reception is always ready to open your door even if it’s late.
Breakfast was very, very special and high-quality buffet!

Room on second floor facing the street is noisy at night, but not unbearable. secondary to night life. If not having a balcony on the street is important, ask for a room not facing the street. This hotel located less than one blook off plaza by Torre de Reloj.
The location was great, walking distance to everything between minutes, however it was very noisy maybe do the balcony and my room that was right next to the counter where everyone pass by and do the check in and out. There was also noise from the street at all times all day, the balcony was looking to the street very cute. The pool was really small, smaller than what I imagine. The breakfast was really nice, and what make everything better was the people working there, like Yeison, who was always smiling and very happy to help, they also welcome me with a nice cake and room decor for my birthday. Thanks again to all the stuff for always saying yes to all our special requests.

A hospedagem é muito bacana, fica muito bem localizada, próximo à Torre del Reloj, o staff é muito acolhedor e o prédio em si é bem charmoso. O café da manhã é excepcional, os quartos são grandes e confortáveis, mesmo próximo à torre não se ouve tanto barulho na hora de dormir. Único ponto de atenção é que o hotel fica no primeiro andar e é preciso subir um lance de escadas para acessá-lo, tenha atenção se tiver algum problema de mobilidade.
Si quieres dormir por la noche, no elijas este alojamiento. La ubicación es muy buena y el personal también. Pero por la noche es imposible dormir por el ruido de los locales cercanos. Falta mejorar la insonorización.

Yeison at the front desk was great and very supportive. The hotel looks cute and is quite central.
Due to its location, it gets very loud at night. We were prepared for that having stayed in the center of El Poblado in Medellín just before. However, this was a whole other level. It was as loud as if we had a speaker of the club right at our window. Our earplugs were of no help and we ended up not really sleeping.
Make sure that you ask at reception to only pay for the first night to see if you can manage with the noise. This is apparently an option according to the owner even though it was not given to us.
Tudo! Hotel Estratégico! Estando na meiuca o barulho não incomoda! Piscina boa! O Sr. Javier muito atencioso! Há um café da tarde que fica disponível para quem quiser, com água saborizada, café, suco e um snack!

Es muy bonito, la habitación olía muy bien, estaba fresca con el aire acondicionado y ventilador. Estaba todo muy limpio. Teníamos nuestro balcón con una mesita y sillas para tomarnos una copa por la noche. Los desayunos muy ricos y el personal muy amable. Nos ayudaron incluso con las gestiones de nuestro siguiente hotel en otra ciudad porque no contestaban. Muy recomendable para la estancia en Cartagena.
Lo único es que al estar tan céntrico, la ciudad tiene mucha marcha de noche, así que había fiesta y ruido en las calles. Pero si quieres ubicación en el centro es lo que tiene. Eso sí, las ventanas aislaban muy bien y con tapones no se oía nada. Al final descansamos súper bien.
Las habitaciones espectaculares y la ubicación del sitio mejor todavía.

Location, Air conditioning was better than other hotels we stayed at.
There was a music festival that played until 2am. We had a balcony room so the noise really was more than unreasonable. It’s not the hotel’s fault but I regretted the location.
