La atención fue muy buena, ubicación inmejorable. Nos olvidamos un objeto y nos hablaron para tratar de devolvérnoslo al instante. Totalmente recomendable.
Al estar en una zona muy céntrica puede haber algo de ruido. Aunque las ventanas y contras aíslan bastante bien.

NOISE!!!!
Noise from their machinery ran most of the day. It was like staying in an airplane wind tunnel. Extremely loud. THEN … in the evening the restaurant Nextdoor placed electronic music till after 3 in the morning that vibrated against our walls. We stayed 3 nights and I may have gotten an average of 3 hours sleep a night

O hotel está próximo de uma área muito movimentada e barulhenta a noite. Eles fizeram o máximo para isolar os quartos, porém ainda é possível ouvir a música de fora. Um protetor auricular foi suficiente, mas pessoas com sono leve podem se incomodar.
Good location, clean and the staff was very helpful and supportive.
The streets in Cartagena are usually noisy, however the noise stops around 2 or 3am. The rooms with balcony could get some the Cartagena’s noise.
