Please note that the property does not have a elevator, and access is only via stairs.
Please consider that this hotel is 100% smoke free.
If your arrival at the hotel is after 6:30pm the main door of the hotel (wooden gate) will be closed, however, at the top left there is a bell and a person 24 hours a day ready to serve you.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Room cleaning service is available daily until 2:00P.M

Due to our unbeatable location and open colonial infrastructure, outside noise can be heard throughout the hotel, however, the hotel provides free earplugs for your use during your stay.

Um amor de hotel

Limpeza impecável, café da manhã muito bom, atenção e gentileza dos funcionários. O quarto espaçoso e super confortável. Um agradecimento especial à Diana, que não economizava esforços para me auxiliar em tudo o que eu precisasse.

Cons:

O único problema é o barulho. Embora o hotel fique em uma localização privilegiada do centro histórico, ao lado da Torre do Relógio, dormir e descansar é bem dificil. A música começa pelas 17h e vai madrugada adentro. Os protetores auriculares ajudam bastante para dormir, mas tem uma hora que a gente cansa de tanto barulho o tempo todo. Penso que falta regulamentação pelo poder público.

El desayuno limpieza y personal me encantaron, la ubicacion tambien es un punto muy fuerte!

La habitacion fue un poco chica, con el bano muy cercano a la cama, es comoda en general solo si demaciado chica.

Hotel excelente, atendimento excelente

Atendimento dos funcionários excelente, muito gentis.
Instalações de qualidade e localização espetacular.

Cons:

Não é que eu não gostei, acho mais que é diferença cultural mas não tem ducha higiênica no banheiro 😂 Eu acho bem útil .

Localização perfeita.
Cidade barulhenta, mas o hotel é um oásis. Barulho não incomodou em nada.
Piscina super agradável para os dias quentes da cidade.
Funcionários prestativos.
Água no figrobar na chegada de cortesia e café e água todos os dias disponíveis na recepção.

Incredible stay right in the heart of all Cartagena has to offer.
Pros:

This hotel had the nicest most welcoming staff and an incredible location. Room were so nice with a fridge and water also. Loved the little pool and breakfast also.

Excellent location, no street noise!
Pros:

The location was unmatchable! We didn’t waste a single minute, bars were five minutes away walking, I am not exaggerating, the important locations where one street away, we didn’t really hear any noise, and we’re live in Canada, which is pretty calm. I love the fact that the reception is always ready to open your door even if it’s late.

Breakfast was very, very special and high-quality buffet!

Excellent location within the "walled city" with many restaurants easily within walking distance.
Safe location.
Everything with the walled city and Getsemani within walking distance.
Room appropriate for price. Access 24 hrs as staff always present.
Excellent breakfast buffet with fruits, cereal, breads, pastries, juices and coffee. Scrambled eggs/omelets to your order.

Cons:

Room on second floor facing the street is noisy at night, but not unbearable. secondary to night life. If not having a balcony on the street is important, ask for a room not facing the street. This hotel located less than one blook off plaza by Torre de Reloj.

Great location and employees.
Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to everything between minutes, however it was very noisy maybe do the balcony and my room that was right next to the counter where everyone pass by and do the check in and out. There was also noise from the street at all times all day, the balcony was looking to the street very cute. The pool was really small, smaller than what I imagine. The breakfast was really nice, and what make everything better was the people working there, like Yeison, who was always smiling and very happy to help, they also welcome me with a nice cake and room decor for my birthday. Thanks again to all the stuff for always saying yes to all our special requests.

noisy, not that nice as when I saw boutique in other parts of the world this means really nice, pool very small, not water pressure, small room.

Excelente localização e café da manhã excepcional.
Pros:

A hospedagem é muito bacana, fica muito bem localizada, próximo à Torre del Reloj, o staff é muito acolhedor e o prédio em si é bem charmoso. O café da manhã é excepcional, os quartos são grandes e confortáveis, mesmo próximo à torre não se ouve tanto barulho na hora de dormir. Único ponto de atenção é que o hotel fica no primeiro andar e é preciso subir um lance de escadas para acessá-lo, tenha atenção se tiver algum problema de mobilidade.

Si quieres dormir, busca otro alojamiento
Pros:

Si quieres dormir por la noche, no elijas este alojamiento. La ubicación es muy buena y el personal también. Pero por la noche es imposible dormir por el ruido de los locales cercanos. Falta mejorar la insonorización.
