Pros:

We had a fantastic week at Hotel Schartner skiing. The facilities and atmosphere were wonderful. Owner Bernard and all the staff made us feel welcome and catered to our every need.

Cons:

Nothing.
Only thing (but just a suggestion) is a small fridge would be handy in the room.
