Buena ubicación y a simple vista cómodo

Cons:

Lo peor que por falta de mantenimiento se me caiga una puerta del baño encima. No me lastimó por milimetros y soy anticoagulado, cosa que hubiera agravado un posible golpe o corte que por milagro no se produjo. Esa falta de mantenimiento también se nota en la pintura de la piscina y en el piso que la rodea que es sumamente resbaloso, cosa que se solucionaba fácil con la colocación de antideslizantes adhesivos. Lo de la puerta del baño quedó asentado en el libro de quejas del hotel y lo del piso resbaloso se avisó al conserje.
En un hotel termal que recibe a pasajeros de edad avanzada, esto que comento, no es un dato menor. En 2 días vi 2 caidas en el area de la piscina, por suerte sin consecuencias.
Otro tema la variedad del menú. Que si bién estaba bién preparado no tenía demasiadas alternativas.

The staff are welcoming, very attentative and they were the highlight of the stay.
Pros:

The property was in a central location. Some parking located out front. We went during a busy weekend so it was difficult
to get a spot but we were able to park within 5 minutes distance. The rooms were kept clean but keep in mind the hotel is old and has signs or wear and tear.

Cons:

The hotel dining area often had crumbs on the dining tables.

Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Good price vs quality. The pool area is covered and essentially "indoors" though it can be opened up to allow aire. Water is hot - like jacuzzi hot. Our kids had a great time!

Cons:

Food could be better. Typical regional milanesa and pasta. We had a vegetarian guest and the menu was quite limited. Hotel is a bit dated, but in good conditions.
