Ottimo Hotel
Pros:

Struttura che ricorda una casa di campagna, camera ampia, pulita, confortevole e silenziosa. Buona colazione . Non attaccato al paese di Velden che è raggiungibile in 10 minuti.

Außergewöhnlich tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage war perfekt zum Abschalten.
Alle sind sehr zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück war alles dabei was das Herz begehrt!!!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Zarezervovali a zaplatili sme si cez Booking 4 izby pre 8 ludi v tomto hoteli. Nasledne nam prislo z bookingu potvrdenie, ze rezervacia je potvrdena a vsetko je OK. Po chvili na to mi volal majitel hotela, ze oni neubytovavaju skupiny a ze to maju uvedene v popise hotela. Povedal som mu, ze nechapem jeho namietku a ze nech si to riesi s Bookingom, my sme si zarezervovali izby, zaplatili a booking mi to potvrdil a tym je to pre mna vybavene. Nakoniec mi do telefonu majitel povedal, ze teda nech prideme. Prisli sme na parkovisko hotela a majitel nam opat zacal vycitat, ze skupiny neubytovava a ze sme si to mali precitat. Povedal som mu, ze nie je mojou povinnostou citat cely popis k hoteli, ale ze ak nam booking umoznil zarezervovat si 4 izby a aj nam to booking potrdil, musi si svoje vyhrady riesit s bookingom. Naviac v popise k hotelu bolo len uvedene citujem : "Objednavky nad 3 izby sa mozu riadit specialnymi podmienkami", teda ziadne info o tom, ze nie je mozne si objednat 4 izby tam nebolo uvedene. Po tejto mojej pripomienke majitel hotela vybuchol a zacal nas z parkoviska agresivne vyhanat, ze je to jeho hotel a ze nech vypadneme. Tak sme teda odisli a ubytovali sme sa vo vedlajsom hoteli. Nikdy som nezazil tak otrasne spravanie sa voci hostom.

Hervorragendes Hotel, tolle Gastgeber, äußerst reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sonderwünsche wurden prompt erfüllt. Ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir hatten uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus sowie das von uns gebuchte Apartment wurde unseren Ansprüchen vollends gerecht. Sehr zu hervorheben sind neben dem sehr umfangreichen Frühstück, den angenehmen Betten auch die sehr zuvorkommende Führung des Hauses durch Lilly und Christian, die sich zu jeglicher Zeit um seine Gäste bemühen. Vielen Dank dafür ! Wir hatten unsere Zeit für wunderschöne Radtouren sowie Ausflüge genutzt. LG aus Wien, Ernst
