Pros:

Arrived at noon, waited 10 minutes for the personnel to show up, was told no record of my reservation and needed to check back later. Front dest personnel was rude, incapable and had no idea what’s going on.
Came back at 7pm, owner of the hotel told me it’s all sold out and redirected me to another hotel which is really old and ran down. Since I have no choice at that time, I had to accept the arrangement. Very bad experience with is hotel personnel! Be aware.

Cons:

Incapable personnel, tricky business owner!
