Absolut alles! Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den Wörthersee und riesengroßem Balkon auf der das Frühstück gleich noch viel besser geschmeckt hat. Auch der „Hausverwalter“ war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Bei einer Hitzewelle fehlt die Klimaanlage. Aber dank der Rollläden war es erträglich.
Achtung! Selbstversorger! Kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft möglich.

Beautiful location
Pros:

Stunning location in the centre of Portschach with a garden leading onto the lake. Apartment very clean and reasonably well equipped. Underground parking on site. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Though it was fully booked, a lot of the apartments are individually owned and were empty, so it felt a bit dead at this time of year. You can go to the spa at the hotel next door but it costs 42 euro

Perfect place for a family vacation
Pros:

Location, the view out of the window, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, parking, room and the new bathroom in our room. Great time to spend with family. We came for the second time and will come next year again hopefully. Also, you can go directly from the corridor to the Rana's restaurant which has also some classics if you don't like Indian meals, and good drinks.

For sure one of the best location's on the lake. Everything was simple beautiful. Very clean! Staff was very kind❤️
