Stay away from this hotel
Pros:

Nothing except that the staff at checkout was honest to bring us an expensive item we forgot in the room.

Cons:

Room was smelly, staff unprofessional(had to request multiple ttimes for small things as water), sheets and towels looked very old like they've never been changed. There was blasting DJ music playing at rooftop until after midnight so we hardly had any sleep. Restaurant served okay type food.

Well I stayed for one night and it was OK over all
Pros:

The room 402 was spacious and had all the basic amenities .

Cons:

The toilet . The water drainage was poor . The toilet tissue roll would get fully wet while having shower . The exhaust capability was poor.

The staff and the location

Cons:

The attached bathroom strangely has the drain at the opposite end. So once someone bathes, the whole bathroom has water and the guest needs to call the housekeeper to clean. This is uncomfortable.
