Pros:

Personál – naprostá jednička. Recepční, barmanka i další zaměstnanci byli milí, profesionální a ochotní. Na lidech tady vidíte, že svou práci dělají rádi.

Cons:

Zbytek už bohužel tak pozitivní nebyl. Check-in trval asi půl hodiny a připadal jsem si spíš jako na imigrační kontrole do USA – otisky prstů, hromada formulářů… a když už můj otisk konečně prošel, šel jsem si objednat pivo.

Barmanka byla skvělá, ale měl jsem smůlu, protože jediný zákazník přede mnou si zrovna u automatu vybíral jídlo jako v McDonaldu, takže jsem čekal, až skončí. Od jiného hosta jsem pak dostal tip, že když hodím 20 € do bedny a hned je vyberu, dostanu pivo rychleji – bez čekání na „gurmánský“ výběr předchozího zákazníka.
Další perlička přišla u check-outu. Recepční mi při příjezdu po dlouhé registraci řekl, že odhlášení je v 10:00. Dorazil jsem skoro o půlnoci, tak mě to mrzelo, ale budiž. Ukázal jsem mu, že na Bookingu je uvedeno 12:00, omluvil se a trval na 10:00.

Nastavil jsem si budík na devátou, a na pokoji mě pak čekalo překvapení – na stole ležel papír s informacemi, že check-out je ve 12:00 a snídaně také do 12:00. Takže zbytečné brzké vstávání… obzvlášť v kasinu, kde vás chtějí udržet co nejdéle večer, ne ráno.

Comfortable location and great breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable bed and quiet location. We chose this hotel due to 24 hour reception as we arrived after midnight, and also because it was directly on our route. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The room was far too hot and we couldn't reduce the temperature
