Reliable, clean and good location.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and very clean.
The hotel isn’t flashy but the basics are all there, the staff are lovely and the rooms are very clean.
Parking is plentiful.

OK for a cheap place to stay
Pros:

Plenty of parking

Cons:

Room smelt of paint which gave me headache. Not an ideal way to start a busy day.
Room freezing as radiator turned off, which i soon rectified.
Staff were just going through the paces, it would have been nice to have a smile upon check in.

Good budget hotel
Pros:

Clean, basic hotel. Quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. However the pool facilities are excellent for the price.

Cons:

Breakfast was only ok (I came down later so it wasn't very fresh, beans were basically paste, black pudding was like eating a drinks coaster). Coffee is instant not fresh (major negative for me). No extras like toiletries or biscuits, that sort of thing (not a deal breaker).
