Great gym, bar and food ok
Took 4 attempts to get in room, battery dead for door lock, eventually let in by security. No shampoo in shower dispenser, room not cleaned in 2 days
The breakfast wasn't the best. The hot food had been standing for some time and the bacon was dry. As for using hot flasks for tea & coffee, I don't understand. The tea i poured was just warm, and that needs to be fresh..
Hot tea available for breakfast. Not flask made hours before, terrible.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Room. Is tired and shabby. The mattress om the bed was too uncomfortable to be able to sleep on. The bathroom needs an upgrade and the carpet in the room was heavily stained.
Was not able to get our breakfast 2 times they closed the kitchens early I had our 1 year old granddaughter with us there was not hot water in the room I reported it nothing I was ment to get a refund for the breakfast still not got it

this time the room was cold that is probably why they put a electric heater in the room and there was no hot water in the shower in our room none in the sink too

Easy Hotel for sport / working... Good breakfast (don't leave it too late!) and great staff at the breakfast room. Great to be able to go for a swim and then have breakfast !
A bit noisy if -like it was a football game night !- so people who have over indulged can be noisy in the corridor.
