Lovely hotel & most of the staff pool & gym are good too.
2 rude members of staff. One when a child was choking & they shouted at her to get out if she was gonna throw up. She was choking,if he cant tell he shouldn't be working at the pool. And a rude older man at reception too. Everyone else was lovely. Dinner overpriced for dry & cold food.
Wifi y TV funcionando a la perfección. Camas y equipación de la habitación muy bien. Piscina fenomenal, aunque en esta ocasión no la usamos.
No nos limpiaron la habitación en los 4 días que estuvimos, aunque tampoco es grave. La habitación y el baño, aunque correctos y funcionales, agradecerían una renovación.
There was not a thing to like toilet didn't flush had fill the bin with water and tip it down hours keeping didn't came in once over the today's we had to ask for toilet rolls and towels didn't refill the tea and coffee would not go back again
Not a thing as above only 3 plugs pokes in the room 1 had the t.v so for phone chargers you had to un pluge the kettle it was a joke travel lodge is much better

We just got a £100 parking fine for our stay at this hotel. I would avoid
Country view from room window.
Corridors are very narrow and have door frames throughout them that are even more narrow unable to get a wheelchair or pushchair through, the beds have no support in the mattress and is far to soft and the beds seem to be on a slope going down towards the end in which the pillows are for your head.
The family rooms are tiny which leave you trying to move around areas sideways. The TV provided is not much bigger than a laptop screen and keeps on needing to be retuned because of the signal and ariel keeps failing out, I have spent more time trying to fix the TV than actually watching it.
The bathroom ficilities are tiny and very restrictive and they is what looks like fag burns in the bath with black indented burns. The shower is old and dirty and doesn't come off from the wall and they was human and animal hairs all over the facilities and we were only given 2 towels between 3 people so I had to ask for more and the tea and coffee wasn't filled up with supplies and they were only 2 cups and no spoons and I've had to get cutlery etc delivered to here myself because my daughter couldn't go and carry all the cutlery and bowls and plates etc from the bar/restaurant on her own and had no help to bring to the room, it wouldn't have been that bad if I wasn't disabled and could help or if we were located a lot closer but we're at the opposite side of the massive building.
Also we didn't know before we came that if you want anything from any of the vending machines or coffee machines then it is cash only and correct change only which is very inconvenient and the staff are not able to give you the money in exchange for a card payment if that makes sense.
